All perfect

The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and very inviting. What really made our stay uncomfortable was the heat, there is no air conditioning in the rooms or fans, just check it is not a hot day before you book. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a concern in times of COVID, everyone grabbing pastries etc with bare hands. Guests need more guidance on how to make it safe as obviously people did not realise.

We have stayed overnight at this hotel on several occasions over the past 3 years as a stopover to /from Italy to the UK. We love location and charm of the hotel and are pleased to see staff have not changed despite the pandemic. Our rooms were very clean as always but rooms were not prepared fully with tea/coffee making facilities and only bottled water in one room. We were disappointed the restaurant was not open (unaware until I requested a reservation via Expedia due to the current situation) as the food is always excellent and welcome after a very long drive. The receptionist gave us details of 2 local restaurants within driving distance but we were too tired to venture out. Breakfast was not as good as usual (paid extra locally). There were several guests and yet food was not being replenished, so even at 9:15, breakfast was poor. We very much appreciate the difficulty that hotels have everywhere in restarting their business. However, prices did not reflect the lack of facilities that would usually encourage us to stay at this hotel

It has charm and character and in a very picturesque village very close to the motorway, which makes an ideal stopover. The spa area is a nice addition

Good location near Ribeauville. Great pool! Very nice rooms. Restaurant had delicious regional dishes. Internet was awful. They had an odd system, and even with extensive help from their tech people we were only able to get internet once in there days. Very inconvenient. Worst internet of the 6 week trip.

We chose the hotel because of the gorgeous area. The village itself doesn’t have a lot going for it, but inky a few km away there are lots of lovely places. Another reason we chose it was because of the pool. At the end of the day, however, it’s extremely crowded and impossible to swim in, but we went down at 7.30 in the morning and it was great. There were 5 of us women on a girls’ weekend and we were really happy with the very attentive service. One gluten-free and one lactose-intolerant and they were really helpful. The food at dinner was ok but unfortunately nothing to write home about. Breakfast was very good, though.

Personnel très sympa, piscine un peu fraîche mais appréciable, hôtel peu bruyant. Dommage pour la moquette au sol dans les chambres ce qui n'est pas très hygiénique (tache de chocolat à priori récente pas nettoyée)

Personnel agréable à l écoute des clients les chambres sont bien étudiées. La piscine le sauna et les transats sur la terrassa agréable pour se reposer séjour très agréable

Notre séjour était très agréable la chambre était très confortable silencieuse spacieuse la salle de bain parfaite du linge très moelleux La piscine le hamam le sauna les douches tout étaient très propre et agréables Le personnel sympa et le restaurant était top Il ne manquait rien à notre bien être

L’hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse, fonctionnelle, confortable, bien entretenue et propre. Bon petit-déjeuner, avec du choix. Bon repas aussi. Le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute et agréable. Si j’ai l’occasion, je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel. Je recommande cette adresse.

Bon hôtel personnel accueillant, chambre correcte!! Dommage pour nous chambre PMR salle de bain carrelage qui bouge au sol , pomme de douche qui fuît mobilier pmr 😐! Téléphone qui fonctionne pas . Petit dej très satisfaisant, repas au restaurant bien

L'accueil de la dame de l'accueil est super pro, à l'entrée de l'hôtel on se sent bien. Le dîner très bien aussi, petit déjeuner bien.

Très bon accueil, jolies décos de l'accueil jusqu'au restaurant, une petite déco dans la chambre pourrait égaier la pièce, chambre calme, propre et climatisée top par forte chaleur. Piscine et terrasse extérieure agréable pour prendre l'apéro. Le restaurant sert de très bons plats à un prix raisonnable et Les patrons comme les employés sont vraiment très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain weekend alsacien.

Une seule nuit,dîner...parfait!! Propre ,calme que du bonheur.
