J’ai découvert par hasard cet établissement...d’abord l’hôtel...avec son confort bourgeois, mais pas bling bling. Puis,le côté restauration...un chef, époux de la directrice de l’hotel...très professionnel...cuisinant que du frais...des plats originaux et goûteux.

A good stopover on the way from Mont St Michel to Paris. The hotel was well presented and the staff friendly. The room was adequate, although the ensuite would have been difficult to get into if one was of a large build around the girth! The curtain used to separate the room from the ensuite was not really private enough either. However, overall the hotel was good for an overnight stay.

Staff brilliant, food excellent but downside was the en-suite. No room to swing a cat and the shower was very difficult to get out of, in fact dangerous. Almost spoilt an overnight stop!

Beautiful location, the hotel was basic, a little dated and well used but satisfactory for the money and clean. There was confusion however at check in as despite pre-paying for the room, the Proprieter insisted that I had to pay the full amount again and I felt that they were somewhat brusque in their approach to the situation, despite having all the paperwork with me. After several phone calls home and to Expedia (who were fabulous!) the situation was resolved. It did the job however and as previously mentioned is in a fabulous part of France.

Le premier accueil était très très moyen, en terme d’amabilité. Une des deux chambres avait une douche très étroite et malcommode. Le dîner était correct sans plus (mon poisson, trop cuit, avait une petite odeur indicatrice d’un certain manque de fraîcheur.) Mais le clou de l’accueil a été le suivant : le personnel a stocké mes stylos d’insuline (plus d’un mois de consommation), que j’avais demandé de mettre au réfrigérateur, au CONGÉLATEUR !!!! Tout le stock était donc fichu, me condamnant à me procurer des médicaments d’urgence, le lendemain matin. Enfin, les excuses de la directrice, face à cette énorme erreur, ont été minimalistes. Je ne recommande donc absolument pas cet hôtel.

Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire qui a été d’une gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Je tiens également à remercier l’ensemble du personnel des Camélias, d’un professionnalisme, et d’une convivialité. Nous avons fait connaissance d’un apprenti en salle qui nous a pris en charge au dîner, j’espère qu’il continuera dans cette voix car il est tout à fait fait pour ce métier, qui est physique et dur, mais il a toujours été d’une gentillesse. Un personnel d’une grande disponibilité et d’un vrai intérêt pour le client. Rester tel quel et merci à vous
