Hotel Elysee Etoile is in a perfect location near the Etoile but on a relatively quiet street. Metro is near by, very convenient for walking or riding.
The hotel is no frills but very comfortable, very clean, safe, with someone at the front desk 24/7. The breakfast was ample, good and fresh and reasonably priced.
The best thing about the hotel are the warm and welcoming, helpful staff. All were great and helpful, but especially Christina who was on duty when I arrived. All of those who work at the hotel, others on the desk, the lady who cleaned, the lady who managed breakfast were all extremely helpful. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again.
Side note...this is a 2 star hotel, and usually when in Europe I stay at 4 star..but this hotel was superior to many of those in cleanliness and staff.

I've been to Paris and stayed at different hotels, but this is my favourite hotel. The room is small, but we made it work. I love their bathroom because it's bright, updated, and almost 3/4 the size of the bedroom. The place is so convenient. There are lots of dining options. The staff was all superb.

This small hotel is located in a great spotin walking distance of the Champs Elysees and directly in the line of sight with the Arc de Triomphe. There are numerous cafes and restaurants literally around the corner and a supermarket if you need anything else. The facility was clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant.

The reason I rate our stay as poor is because we were given a room for 4 nights with a window looking at an airshaft, so very little light. The bed was too firm for my sciatica so asked if they could cushion my side some way or if another room had a softer bed, but nothing was done while we were out for the day. The front desk staff was always different from day to day so I just gave up asking because the person would not know of our request.
It was very convenient to the Arc de Triomphe and restaurants and shopping. There are many other hotels in the area that may be better. My fault for staying at a 2 Star, but it had a high rating of 8.3. Sometimes you never know what you're going to get despite photos and ratings.

The staff is well trained to provide excellent customer satisfaction. The breakfast is very good. The hotel has elevators and if you request a room with bathroom / showers necessary for handicaps they do the accomodations.

I really liked this hotel. The staff is very kind and attentive. They are present in the lobby 24 hours a day.
The location is extraordinary. It's a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.
Free hot water and morning coffee. Wi-fi!
A very beautiful view from the hotel, very Parisian.
Very quiet. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
