ibis Calais Car Ferry

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us. Making sure we er geaded to the right free busses. We had dinner 1 night in their restaurant. It was delicious and reasonably priced fir a hotel!

Hotel was was fine really convenient for Tunnel and ferry. Clean and comfortable with plenty of parking . Only real downside was the restaurant was closed on Saturdays and we specifically filtered hotels with restaurants.

Room was very clean, staff were very friendly very good for the price.

Scrambled egg at breakfast was cold, had to get it reheated, hot water from machine was not boiling so tea was only lukewarm, no English breakfast tea but good other teas. Management allowed a cat to wander around dining room during breakfast, I wouldn't have eaten breakfast there had I have known this. Advertised as rooms being soundproof, this was not the case as talking in next door room could be heard and someone somewhere was coughing

Great staff. Really helpful when we had a problem with our room and switched us out immediately. Salad in restaurant was delicious.

Good place to stay the night before catching a ferry to UK. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Lovely friendly helpful staff

Awful place i did stay here in 2024 on the ground floor and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant this time i was put on 1st floor very dirty carpet in hallway room was tired and dirty shower had previous occupying peoples hair still in it and no restaurant open at the weekends i will never ever stay in this dirty place again

Usually have a pretty good stay here staff are really goid but But feel standards have slipped a little. Restaurant not open before ir after christmas and not quite as clean as it usually is.

Good night stay and will book again

Good stop off point if you are planning to take the Eurotunnel as it is very close by.

No chef available, so a little bit short on selection in the restaurant all 5 dishes were pasta, but we could go for a meal with our dog, and the service was very pleasant, also parking is very easy in the hotel grounds

Slightly tired hotel with outdated decor etc. However, it was clean and comfortable. It is a budget hotel and it delivered on that.

Good location for ferries, not a pretty area, but seemed safe. Staff very welcoming and access needs met. Room clean, comfortable and as described. TV theoretically has UK channels but it doesn't. Breakfast very good range and quality. Nearby Chinese buffet good!

Brilliant, Convenient.. Super Clean. Friendly and perfect stay with the Dog. Close to Euro Tunnel Terminal.

Good value. Excellent location for ferry port and walk to town centre.
