The safe did not work and the heating did not work properly

Business hotel mainly. They have recently renovated the lobby and the rooms which are comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional.

Noisy corridors

Reception areas and bar/restaurant are modern and fresh, rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. The pool was nice to be able to cool off in on a hot day after a long drive from the Alps. The evening meal was nice, and so was the breakfast. Staff mostly helpful, however we did feel at times the service was little below what we've come to expect from Novotel. For example, my wife was in need of some sanitary products on the morning of our departure, the receptionist said they had run out and hadn't gotten around to ordering anymore. No effort was made to assist beyond this, which was a disappointing end to the stay.

Room are dated

No milk in room, blamed plastic, but could have a paper carton on the room fridge 2 coffees in a 4 person room Still the silly uncomfortable sofa beds… can’t someone invent a god one Ran out of the bacon (which was lovely)… until no more and 25 minute wait and still none. Very continental with large range of cheeses and high end dining and breakfast (no coco pops here). Pool was basic but nice Not cheap Scruffy area but interior smart. Good kids internal area Door creak and don’t shut behind you, Fan in toilet rubbish Only half a roll of toilet paper (shouldn’t have to ask for) Such a wet bathroom with no extraction and shower screen 50% of shower and water everywhere

Déçus de cette nuit passee au Novotel. Au 1er coup doeil, nous sommes surpris par la beauté, la deco de l'entrée, bar, restaurant. En revanche, lorsque l'on monte dans les etages ,une tres mauvaise odeur regne, comme dans notre chambre. Le lit netait pas tres fait, aveec une alese jetable dechiree a plsuieurs endroits. Les oreillers n'étaient pas du tout confortable...et pour finir, le flacon pour le savon liquide à main etait vide. Pas la hauteur des novotels que nous avons pu frequenter.

Great stop off hotel with the kids. Clean & comfortable with helpful, cheerful staff.

Hotel was great but the food for dinner and breakfast was poor, cold and some was inedible which was a shame

The evening menu was a little poor for my tastes so had to eat out each night. And i wasnt able to get an arranged early breakfast as i had to leave early to catch ferry. Otherwise room was very nice and staff were very friendly.

The restaurant is a disgrace. Extremely poor service Clueless staff We stayed here on the way down south as an alternative to BB hotel , not worth the extra

Staff brilliant as sorted out meal in evening & breakfast to take with us the next day as I couldn’t eat much

Easy to find from motorway but a good way out of town centre which can be reached by bus from just outside hotel. Room quite good with big TV but only one English language channel but very stingy with tea and coffee which was only available with paper cups.. Restaurant very disappointing. After not very nice main course (steak and unappetising looking baked potato) waiter asked if we would like dessert. We said yes and he left to get us a menu but simply never came back. On the plus side selection at breakfast was very good.

The hotel was as expected a little further out than expected but fine

Excellent level of service. Access to Swimming pool is a plus. Enjoyable and neat property for families and individual travelers as well.

We were not very impressed. Our room was worn, the air on did not work well. The room was not provided with towels for 4 people The safe didn’t work There were too few staff on for breakfast it was very busy and little food available

Room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was superb, something for everyone. Very nice to have an electric charging hub for our car (these are not as readily available in France at the moment, so it was great to have the car charge while we were sleeping).
