The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for in-room wireless Internet: EUR 20 per week (rates may vary)
• Fee for wireless Internet in public areas: EUR 20 per week (rates may vary)
• Pet fee: EUR 50 per pet, per stay
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 8.0 per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 300.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

The front desk is open daily from 4 PM - 7 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Reception opening hours: 10 AM to noon and 4 PM to 7 PM.
Please note:
Room keys can only be collected on Saturday between 5 PM – 8 PM. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
