A nice hotel in the old city ..staff was extremely helpful and friendly ...with indoor pool ,Sauna ,Jacuzzi and Steam ...nice restaurant on the group floor and on the rooftop with Dj on the weekends.. Great Value for money.. would definitely recommend and stay again

The property is listed to have an Electric Vehicle charger. They don't!!! This is as inconvenient as it can get!!! Also the carpet in the room was awfully dirty. I believe it should be replaced, no way to clean. The rest was acceptable. Staff welcoming and polite.

The Hotel is superb value the spa was nice touch and the breakfast included was superb the only criticism i can give is the Restaurants both the Fragment and rooftop the food was bland and often lulkevwarm provided the orded was actually right the service in both was sloppy . If they could improve both they would rank as outstanding .

the Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center, in a quite and comfort area. the breakfast is simple' I ate better but it enough. the hotel is not maintained as Ramada hotel should (in my opinion) al in all it was good and recommended for families

The staff are so kind and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful however the Jacuzzi was out of order The room has been overlooking a rundown area The hotel had a large group of tourists who were extremely noisy and caused crowds in the lobby and at breakfast

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Got stuck in the elevator on the first day of the stay but it got moving eventually. Had to ask for technician 's help to use TV as it had to be re-programmed. The next time the same thing happened but I was able to program it myself. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and renovated.

We paid for breakfast to be added to our stay in Tbilisi. But it was not in their records. When we came in after around 28 hours of our long trip, the customer service of the hotel was not very helpful, anywhere else in world they would take care by offering water or some drink and helping with the baggage, but they were very unresponsive to our situation and even when they heard that the airport lost our baggage, they didn't offer any help in following with airport. we didn't have a phone number when we arrived. Anywhere else in the world that we stayed in hotels, the staff are usually extremely helpful.

It was fine. Hotel is a bit grubby and needs freshening up. Rooms were a little bit dirty. Marks on wall, unclean carpet etc. and the hotel pool was so dirty that I couldn’t see my hand in front of my face.

just to say that one of the receptionist called mariam was excellent and extremely helpful. only downside is no near by public transport. need to walk about 10 min in cold and rainy days to get to public transport. 20 mins to walk to the centre of city.

Hotel was ok. The bed was comfortable. I'd say the rooms could have been better cleaned. It's set back from the road but I could still hear a lot of traffic noise. The reception staff I interacted with were all very pleasant. It's a 5-10 minute walk from nearest metro station but taxis are very cheap. The restaurant directly in front of the hotel is amazing. Very classy, lovey food and staff. I didn't eat in hotel.

We stayed there for 4 nights. We took a family room. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Cleaning service guys were doing their job properly even when u are not in room without asking any consent to clean. There should be an option for letting the guest know if he wants to clean or not. Lastly, breakfast menu remained the same for all 4 days of our stay without even a little variation which was quite disappointing. Overall experience was OK, but as a brand Wyndham has lot of scope to improve in all fronts compare to their competitors.
