Great room, big bed, super comfortable. Service was great. Wanted to extend our stay but they were booked solid (which makes sense).

Very good location close to many restaurants and services. Nice terrasse on the roof and courtyard. This was our se one time at the hotel; this time there was more noise (weekend?) and breakfast was good but lacking the possibility of having yogourt or different types of coffee (as advertised). Friendly staff at the reception. Would recommend and would go back (back room).

It’s clean and very well put together, staff are polite and helpful and d ambience so beautiful. The rooms are well laid out, very clean cotton sheets! Even d toiletries are very good quality! I had a beautiful experience

Most friendly and clean hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. I had to go to a group tour and they made me a lunch box since I could not have breakfast. I would recommend highly. I would definitely go back to this hotel again if I visit Tbilisi again.

It has a roof to sit in front of the view and a small garden (heated) where you can sit meet, if you are a group or want some air. Everything was great except for the breakfast. All of the other hotels we stayed at had an excellent and free breakfast buffet. We were in Georgia for 4 days and this was the worst food we had. We had to pay for it and it was very stale

The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast and service in the breakfast room. Recommend you have breakfast outside but definately a great hotel choice.

Toilet smells a bit especially when you are out .. Staff really nice and helpful.. except the night shifts.. they are good but they need to put a little smile on the face .

Great stay in Tbilisi. Hotel personnel were very-very nice and accommodating, especially Giga. Our needs were very well addressed, the room was very good, and breakfast was excellent. Car access and parking in the area are a bit of an issue, but we were able to manage as needed. Location overall is perfect for sightseeing Tbilisi.
