We stay for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything from beginning to start was fabulous, the service, the food, the staff and the amenities. Absolutely fantastic for families

The decor in the rooms was so well put together. It had a theme of a world trip and my kids absolutely loved it. It was comfortable and the breakfast was nice as well. Being attached to Rulantica was a win. We will be back.

Having stayed at two of the other Europa Park hotels, are expectations were high, and we wondered how being further away from the theme park would affect our stay. It absolutely did not disappoint. The museum setting, the Rulantica (water park) theming, the restaurants, the room all lived up to the normal Europa Park high standards.
They have their COVIDsafe measures in place, it was immaculately clean and being directly connected to the waterpark meant we were able to pop back to our rooms very easily, something which other water park guests are not able to do.
We were able to use the other hotel car parks free of charge, and so used the Europa Park hotel guest entrance as normal. There is a regular resort shuttle bus that also allows you to do the same thing.
Don't get me wrong, this place is expensive, but for theme park fans, in our opinion, this resort is at Disney World deluxe hotel level and is totally worth the money! Our favourite theme park resort in Europe, no question.
We will absolutely be back!

They don't worry about covid rules, inmy room I found shampoo of the guest before us and a lot of writing on the window by children, I did my dimostration about this at the reception but the day after was the same
They offered me a glass of wine for this proble but I think was better made clean in my room!!

Wow! We loved everything about this gorgeous new hotel. It has won multiple awards and we can see why. If you are booking a family trip to Europa Park, look no further. This hotel is a short shuttle bus ride to the park and is also right next to the new Rulantica water park (we did not visit the water park). We had dinner at Bubba Sven's, a stunning and huge restaurant at the hotel. We loved sitting outside and were amazed at how quickly our food arrived. The restaurant staff did a great job of providing for social distancing and we really appreciated their efforts. If we ever return to Europa Park, we will most definitely book a stay at Hotel Kronasar again. Our son loved the bunk beds and we were impressed by the high quality finishes, from the tile work to the wood flooring and attention to detail in the nautical library-themed rooms.

Staff not so friendly and fact this is meant to be 4 star hotel room cleaning included they claim to give 5 euro back if you don't get room cleaned but that's the sane as being charged 5 euro extra for cleaning. This is 4 start it should by standard without question be cleaned

Grear attention to detail, very clean ans rooms impeccable. Staff at restaurant was excellent. Only drawback: check- in takes a long time and check-in time was at 15.30...by the time we were in our rooms it was 16.00 and check out time is 11.00 am. That is hardly enough time, given the cost of a one night stay
