Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room with a kitchenette (bonus and convenient), outstanding breakfast with so much variety, and they provided a safe/indoor space to park my bike overnight. Excellent value!

Overall this is a great stay, the hotel is spotless and has nice furnishings, it is very good value. The location is amazing if you want to be within walking distance to the main train station and downtown. My only issue is the room size, if you are coming with more than 1 suitcase be prepared to live out of your suitcase, while the kitchenette is nice to have, it comes at the expense of no bag storage area besides a small front closet. For two people it is extremely tight. I am also not convinced we were given the 237sq/ft room as per our booking, however, I am not certain, but based on other small places I have stayed this was very small and tight. If having more room is of value to you I would recommend their suites.

Exceptional staff! Friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was very clean, brand new and had a kitchen. I would definitely stay there again, highly recommended. We had a great stay!!

Really good location, close to main train station (5 min walk) and also to the UBahn station Oststrasse (5 mins). Excellent variety of restaurants in the area too. Hotel very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. Free coffee and water every day, but no tea....why not? Not everyone drinks coffee. However the reception staff who were very helpful and friendly gave us teabags to use each day, but really just put some in the room along with the coffee pods.

Very very clean hotel. Front desk staff were all very nice. Upon checking out, I did forget an outfit in my room drawer. When I called about it, the front desk staff said hey would check with house keeping and check the room again. They stayed nothing was left, even though I know for a fact it was left there....guess that’s what happens when I leave my lululemons.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good buffet breakfast for only 8 Euro. Good location with restaurants and shops nearby and only about a 10 minute walk to the old town. Parking nearby at a discounted rate through the hotel.

Small hotel in great location, very clean and a super friendly service. 5min walk to the train station to take e train to cologne, 8 min walk to the Altstadt and , lots of restaurants around and a grocery store right across the street! The front desk staff was amazing!!! The hotel offers breakfast for 8 Euros.

I stayed there for two nights. The hotel seemed fairly new. My room was by itself on the first floor, which was odd, but quiet. It smelled bad in the bathroom, also like fresh cement, and I think it’s because they were repairing something right on the platform outside of my room. No nice view, only to the cement roof, but I didn’t care. The room was comfortable. The bed and comforters very nice. People at the front desk were very nice too. Breakfast room and breakfast were simple but nice. The only thing that bothered me (besides a bit the smell in the bathroom) was that the microwave plate in my room was dirty. Also a bit pricey. But I guess it’s because of its centric location.
