What a wonderful place to stay! This hotel is truly extraordinary- from the receptionist, to the room service staff, to the cleaners - everyone does their job to perfection and always with a smile. And the food is exquisite ! Made to order Breakfast was phenomenal, as were the dinners we enjoyed. Due to stormy weather, we stayed at the hotel one day and had Asian massages from Maria. We’ve had massages from different locations around the world and my husband and I both agreed that Maria’s massage was the best we’ve ever had. I want to bring her back home in my suitcase!!!

Beautiful property close to airport, Old Town and Harbour. The breakfast was amazing and delivered right to your room at your specified time. We booked a room with a private pool amd the sunsets were simply breathtaking.

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful hotel - it has incredible views over Chania and we loved lounging on the balcony by the pool in an afternoon. The service was excellent (breakfast was huge!) and the hotel is perfectly equipped. Be aware that the walk into town is quite far but the number 18 bus stops only a few minutes away from the hotel and takes less than 20 minutes to the town centre. We can't wait to come back!

Staff were really good and the rooms are nice and spacious. Toilet and shower area is a bit baffling, not sure why they opted to not have a door but a sliding door where you can hear everything, also not convinent.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of our honeymoon, and it was INCREDIBLE - genuinely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed. We’re both kicking ourselves for not staying longer. From the moment we arrived, our stay felt magical - the staff was all so warm, welcoming & helpful, the food was some of the best we’ve ever had, and our room was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything about this hotel was 5 star plus. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool, the sunset view. We stayed only 1 night and on our next trip will make sure to plan more time in the area and hotel. Reataurant options are endless. Thank you Chris for making our stay so enjoyable.

Whenever I come to a NATO conference in this area, I always spend some time at this hotel. This time was by far the worse treatment I have received from your restaurant staff. I had hair in my salad! I was NOT served the usual 3-tier plates for breakfast. I was given a dirty white tray and was told they were out of dishes. I DID NOT receive the usual fruit/yogurt bowl. I did not receive any bread. I did not receive any condiments with my meal. This was the WORSE treatment I have received from this hotel! My restaurant staff member was a male. My room number was 103 (I think.) I will need to look for new place to stay when I come in town for the NATO conference. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

My husband and I had a nice stay at Lagon Spirit. Our room had a very nice view of the ocean and old city. The staff was very accommodating and nice, and the food was delicious too! I would recommend this hotel if you would like to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the old city and enjoy a peaceful hotel stay. The taxi ride into town was about 10-15min. Thank you!
