Nico Hotel

Amazing property. The room was clean and the staff was more than ready to help. Quiet place.

They accused us of breaking the mini mirror. I brought up when I moved the handle the mirror fell into the sink and crack. It wasn’t screwed on clearly for that to happened and we also notified right after the incident happened after breakfast. The manager said no problem. Afterwards at night they said the owners wanted us to pay. We contacted Expedia to help resolve this issues as we lost trust with the hotel. I don’t blame the manager but the owner. They clearly are penny pinching and also all inclusive breakfast is misleading… they charge for an ounce of milk with your coffee and every little thing. Nos acusaron de romper el mini espejo. Les comenté que al mover la manija, el espejo se cayó en el lavabo y se quebró. Obviamente, no estaba bien atornillado, y también avisamos justo después del incidente, después del desayuno. The hotel was nice Surrounded with plants. Everyone the worked at the Hotel were super friendly and helpful. I’ll recommend this place.

Beautiful place and people

I could not recommend this hotel more! It was comfortable, clean, friendly staff, security on site, and a beautifully maintained courtyard that was absolutely serene. The beds and comforters were so nice to get into after a long day of exploring the city. This was my favorite hotel in Guatemala and we have been to three different cities on this trip so far. Will be staying here next time I come to Antigua.

Muy acogedor, seguro, con un personal amable. Un cuarto impecable, una cama cómoda, un baño limpio. Nos encantó la estadía, volveremos pronto!

We had a 3 night stay and enjoyed the hotel and Antigua very much. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we got understood with the help of Google translate. We asked about a kettle and were given one which was helpful. They have 2 mugs and free water bottles in the room, plus the famous water clay eco filter water available. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was good too. Remember to put out the make up room sign. I forgot one day, but they quickly arranged even though it was 3.30pm. We enjoyed the hot tub on our last day which was great. The breakfast are not large but the coffee was excellent. Still a charming hotel and good value overall. I would definitely recommend this little gem.

Comfortable and quiet room, walking distance to everywhere

Very cute hotel! Our room came with a kitchenette and 2 separate rooms inside, like a mini apartment. Loved it! The breakfast was delicious. Just wish their servings were a lot more. ;) Would give it 10 stars if I could.

Todo muy bien, muy amables todos ahí los cuartos limpios y de muy buen tamaño, y cerca de todo caminando, y nos dieron un rico desayuno incluido en el precio, nada malo puedo decir y claro lo recomiendo.

We had such a lovely stay at the Nico hotel. The property was clean, cute and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast included made to order with fresh coffee. Located in a very walkable area. If you have a vehicle they have a convenient place to park less than a block away.

Nice room. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked good. The breakfast was really tasty. The location is convenient but not in the very busy area.

La habitación que nos asignaron, no tenía ventilación natural y el baño tiene mal olor

Hotel is very economical for a one night stay. Bed is pretty hard and bathroom very small but ok for our needs.

Beautiful hotel and walking distance to everything in Antigua. Only downfall was this hotel does not allow drinking or smoking... but not a big deal at all since we were exploring the town every day. This hotel is completely safe and the staff was great. Thank you for an amazing stay!
