Having stayed here for the last 20 years every time I visited Hong Kong. From when I was a teenager to an adult now, I always liked the Harbour Plaza Resort. Though it could use a bit of an update to the decor and facilities. The rooms remained clean, though out of fashion. Staff was friendly and courteous.

I was over charged for early check-in at around 6:30 AM, never experienced this kind of charge before. And the hotel refused to refund after I had demanded for refund.
