The property is clean, and the staff is very helpful. The room rate includes breakfast, which is very affordable. Convenient location, which is close to the MTR.

The staff were helpful, gave good directions and advice. The first room had a very musky smell, I think because the windows don't open. They changed me to another room with no hesitation. It was a lot better. When we first arrived, we were very overwhelmed with the busyness and noise, reminded me of New York City, but much bigger. The buildings around are huge and by the way they look on the outside ,you would never know that walking through this small opening leads to an escalator that leads you up to a beautiful 6 stories mall. You can go through the mall to the train station which is a five minute walk away. Pretty much seemed like every train station is connected to a beautiful shopping mall. I ended up loving this location, so easy to get around. Just use your google map and it will tell you how to get every where

The walking distance to MTR is around 10 to 15 mins. There are restaurants and shopping centers around the hotel.
Recommend to change canned potable water to bottled one. Once opened, we could not cap it back again for later usage. Breakfast is almost the same selection everyday.

We stayed here for 5 days on a recent trip to Hong Kong and loved our stay. Great daily breakfast, super accommodating staff - we brought the wrong adapters and they provided us some right away to use during our stay at no extra charge. The location is a bit out of the way from the main downtown area but we didn’t mind this so much - the subway is super convenient and it made us learn how to get around which helped us see more of the city. Great visit all around!

The first 3 nights we booked wasn’t good enough, carpet is dirty, and we didn’t realised until our last night that the bedsheet wasn’t cleaned enough and our backs had rashes and itchy

Amazing hotel close to the train mrt so easy to go anywhere in hongkong and close to shopping. Safe area for family. Staff hotel really nice specialy David at the reception!
