Close access to everything in Causeway Bay. Highly recommended to travellers with a budget. Airport Bus E11 takes you opposite to the hotel and just a short walk. Lots of local eateries right at the door front of the hotel.

Staff was very kind, they assisted me when I was in personal trouble. I really appreciate their help.

The concierge was excellent, as well as the cleaning staff. The room was immaculate whenever I came back from work. Victoria park is basically across the street. A beautiful spot to walk in the morning and evening. Many dining choices nearby and easy access to the MTR.

Clean room, friendly staff

Was looking forward to this stay, upon arrival (granted at 8pm) we were greeted by an extremely unhelpful worker at the desk, who made us feel very uncomfortable and that we weren’t the correct clientele for this hotel. The worker didn’t give us the opportunity to use a bank card for the deposit, looked at our bank card and said cash was our only option. This meant we had to leave 500HK$ behind the front desk for the entirety of our trip, which was pointless as only got it back at check out as we were leaving the country. The staff member also explained if anything was found to be wrong with the room in any way that the money wouldn’t be returned to us at all. The room itself was large, as described but the beds were extremely hard, we also had ripped pillowcases, ripped towels and a damaged toilet seat, however we were made to feel like if we complained to anyone we would lose our money. Strangely, upon returning to the room one day a pillowcase was underneath a small backpack by the side of the bed, this made me extremely uncomfortable as made me question had someone been interfering with my bag whilst I wasn’t in the hotel. Other small details like the fridge in the room wasn’t keeping anything cool, and the air-conditioning temperature would be changed daily by housekeeping and leave the room at a frustratingly cold temperature.

Room is of good size in HK standard but it is relatively far from the subway. Not too bad though. The main complain is the internet. I have good reception. The bar is always full but the speed was horrible. Sometimes it is lower down to a halt. It does not even work in the restroom although the bar is full. Not sure why. They need to increase the bandwidth.

Low grade Utilities

Stayed 5 nts on the 9th fl. small room good for 2pp, firm bed not too comfortable. Simple breakfast with both Asian and Western options. 10-15 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

Everything is good, except that the wait time for the elevator is too long.

I checked in early and got my room key at 1pm. Room was clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Very happy for overall experience

Hotel even not offer the international charge converter and only purchase option is available. Air conditioner is modify too.

Good budget hotel. Person checked us in said that Room was not ready as we checked in very early but will WhatsApp me when the room is ready but never heard from her. Otherwise very good staff.

Very good location, quite and close to subway and tram stations. The room and bathroom were well looked after, not very big but adequate. Only comment was tgat the breakfast didnt have enough choices, only one type of eggs per day and few cereals. Overall good value for money. Recomended for few days.

Very dated, time for renov.

Our two nights stay at this hotel was pretty good in terms of comfortability, helpful staff who delivered their with a smile. Yet, maybe due to the fact that we were on 31 floor, the water pressure was not sufficient. As a whole we are very happy with this hotel.
