Everything feels new and fresh. Nice design elements throughout the hotel. Friendly staff. Jacuzzi room is awesome after a long flight. Hotel shuttle also very convenient, though you should check the schedule online to avoid waiting. I also enjoyed my breakfast, not extravagant but decent variety and good quality.

Room comfort and Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with amenities like Nespresso machines, Japanese smart toilets, and blackout curtains. Service and Staff: Friendly and helpful Dining: Nearby to good variety of dining options. The lounge on the 15th floor offers a variety of snacks and beverages throughout the day, with an evening cocktail hour featuring fine spirits. Breakfast offerings were a good spread. Shuttle services: Airport shuttle services available at no added cost. [-] Areas for improvement: Parts of the vinyl flooring came loose, needs for some maintenance.

I had an incredible time here. Complimentary drink at check-in, amazing sunset from the restaurant. Loved the location. Staff and service are top-notch. I had an overnight layover -- made it HK Island with ease. Next morning, got up and took a taxi to Big Buddha, and I took the cable car back in time for the shuttle to the airport at 11am. I can't rave enough about the room design and the bedsheets --- felt like I was sleeping on clouds of cotton. Excellent stay. Looking forward to returning. I could literally walk out to the mall, the cable car and the MTR. Highly recommend.

It is nice to be able to check in to a hotel quickly after a long flight, since it is so close to the airport. The airport shuttle is straight-forward to find. The facilities in the hotel are excellent. I enjoyed using the pool. They were able to keep a piece of luggage for me for a week when I left HK for somewhere else and returned later. The only minor issue I can point out is that the room door feels quite heavy in opening, and that some areas are rather dimly lighted, making it hard to read some of the switches (which are all dark-bronze color, and labelling in black).

We stayed here twice on overnight layovers in Hong Kong. The hotel was perfect for us. Good food options for late-night drinks and snacks, plus a massive breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport (with convenient shuttles) and was just what we needed.
