Great staff, great room, everything was clean, location is great.
Breakfast was very good, although the juices weren't too tasty, and some of the hot dishes (eggs, sausage) weren't very warm.
Overall, a very good experience, and I'd happily stay at H2 again.

We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast included. Excellent position near the basilica and for walking to main sites in Pest area. Good clean rooms but the arrangement of a screened shower area is unusual but well planned. Terrific shower with good pressure. Very little noise from other clients. Pity that there are NO tea/coffee facilities in the room which for us is a reason to look elsewhere if we return to Budapest. Buses, trams and metro are free for over 65's, including Airport express bus - just carry your passport or EU identity card to show if requested.

The service was excellent by the staff and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had were the pillows on the bed. They were too soft and not very comfortable. Other than that everything was excellent.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting in Budapest.
