Bit of a grotty street but once inside it is modern and clean and well equipped and all at a very good price usually. Not quite hotel but better than a youth hostel or Travelodge. I've stayed there twice but checked it out other times when planning. On my first trip one of the 4 nights was noisy but since then they've stopped taking hen/stag groups etc. The reception people are always very friendly and helpful.

Good property however noisy area.

This is a great place to stay at budget friendly rates. I really like that they give you a kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Centrally located near Corvin Negyed station and a short walk from Kalvin Square. The staff at the receptionist desk are very professional and friendly. They provide excellent customer service and will gladly call a taxi for guests. The apartment is on a small street tucked away in a corner, so there's very little traffic noise. These are full size apartments so don't expect white glove cleanliness. The only drawback- which is not the fault of the apartments- are the British stag parties, who often party outside on their balcony and will keep you awake late at night.

Overall for value for money, it’s very good. The only minor things that I was not very happy about was the bathroom- the bathroom had a bit of stink and the bath curtain was old and disgusting. For hygienic reasons I think it needs to be replaced. Also, the bathroom rack (the glass holder underneath the mirror) needed to be fixed. It was not flat. And I would suggest the shower head to have a holder on the wall so it will be easier for showering. The flat number I stayed in was 411.

To start of with it took us more the an hr to check in!! We waited at the desk for over 30mins to check in to then be told they weren't sure if the room was ready, and thenit took them over 20 mins to check. we arrived at the apartments at 345pm and we didn’t get into our place til 5pm!! The room was also not clean, there were crumbs and the floor was dusty. I don’t know what checks they did but it took too long and wasn’t up to standard. Then the kitchen had only one pot and pan, how are we suppose to cook as there were 6 of us? Also one of the ‘double’ beds was 2 battered uncomfortable old singles pushed together. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t get fresh towels the whole time. Not really serviced apartments.

The apartment is in different block therefore the reception is across the street. The rooms are comfortable and we came here at height of summer (33 degrees) so the property has an air-conditioning at additional cost and it only cools lounge room area. Which means it was really hot during our stay and all of us had to sleep in the small lounge instead of the comfortable beds to actually get some proper sleep. We stayed in a three bedroom property with two WC. It has small kitchen with fridge, hob and oven. Though we out the whole time. Inside the property is clean, however, as I mentioned earlier this apartment is in different block sharing with different property operator in the area. Therefore the corridor and lift is shared commonly and the floor is sticky filthy. Seems no one is bothered to clean the corridor that is really putting us off. The good side of this apartment is it is close to the.metro and bus stops, shopping centre called Corvin plaza. Overall I will recommend this for ease of getting around Budapest as it is close to transport system and about 30 mins from the Budapest airport and if one doesn't value customer service then this could be for you. I can't tell so much about the staff as it is always hurried and civil even giving a 500 forint tip at the reception when I requested for the remote control for the air-conditioning which I paid, tipped and unthanked for which makes me think if tips are under appreciated in this place.
