We had a quick layover in Delhi and booked this hotel because of the reviews. So glad we did. It was perfect. We ubered to the hotel and airport. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. Super friendly staff. We will be back and recommend it.Near atrocity metro station 350 meter to 400 meter and near igi airport only by car 5- 10 minutes

Absolutely horrific, so dirty, bedding is filthy, all stained, stinks of smoke, windows smashed, so dark , noisy, looks like a building site, never again , definitely not even a 1 star

The hotel kian at Delhi Airport was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The dining experience was a standout feature. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options, including fresh pastries, fruits, and live cooking stations for omelets and dosas. The dinner buffet was equally impressive, with a variety of beautifully presented dishes from different cuisines and delectable Indian curries. The dessert selection was the perfect ending to a superb meal. Highly recommend this hotel for its luxury, comfort, and exceptional dining.

Good hospitality and facility at the price.not great sound proofing.will not recommend to the ones with light sleep.could hear motor vehicles from highway and flights due to proximity to the airport. Otherwise a pleasant stay.staff were helpful. Food was good also near igi airport Delhi clean room also good sun light window room

It’s a little rough around the edges and reception asks how much you paid on the apps like every other place, but overall charming with solid amenities. Helpful staff and real city area nearby with an authentic experience, not at all touristy besides the numerous hotels catering to travelers nearby for the airport

We left the hotel after an hour and booked an alternative. The room had not been cleaned and the floor was sticky with stains and food marks. The sheets had not been swapped and there were hair and sweat stains on them. The entire place seemed extremely unhygienic. It also seemed as most rooms are occupied by permanent residents rather than hotel guests. Further the reception seemed unaware of our booking. This is not a 3-star hotel and I recommend to avoid.

The property is situated in a supposedly place off ill repute - the Women's taxi refused to entertain our custom from the airport. The other taxi service had a hard time locating the Hotel on his app, until I showed him on Google Maps. The stairs to reception appear wobbly. the "green carpet" covering the stairs are very worn out. The light-switches do not appear to have been cleaned since they were fitted. The toilet wasn't cleaned. The towels smelled awful. In addition, the room appeared to have been allocated to someone else - neither the sheets nor the pillow cases appear to have been changed. We stayed there anyhow, as we were resting in between flights, from 5am to 9am, and couldn't be bothered to change.The chairs in the diner were a sight - torn plastic protection covers that were not removed after delivery. Please take this place off your listings. It is not worth it.

The photos on their ad were from 4-5 years ago. Do not trust this hotel. It is filthy, sheets are stained, fridge has mould and staff do not care if they hand you dirty and moist towels.

Upon arriving at the hotel, my cab driver told me that it was basically a brothel. The rooms were not soundproofed at all- the sound of constant honking kept me up while the pillows were hard, the room was dirty and the toilet continuously ran, oh and the room was not ready even though my flight was delayed 2 hours and on top of that the mention of airport transportation in the listing is false. No one answered my WhatsApp messages- which the listing explicitly instructed. Overall, absolutely horrendous.

This is an avoid hotel - it’s in a terrible state and needs a massive overhaul. Bathrooms are disgusting, bedding, beds & fridge are the same. Terrible smell of stale tobacco smoke in the rooms & hallways, also splashes of coffee? over the walls and curtains. We checked out without staying the night and sleeping in the beds as it was so awful - on the plus side staff are polite and friendly. I would not recommend and am surprised Expedia use them.

It is a very good hotel. I stayed for 2 days with family. The rooms are very big with a LCD TV. Bathrooms are neat and clean. The location is best and most of the restaurants are nearby. Shuttle service is a very positive point. Staffs are vary polite and also response very quickly on WhatsApp/Emal. I am happy with my stay in this hotel.

Staff was helpful. Room was dirty, refrigerator not working, bedsheets dirty.Management can do a lot of improvements to overall appearance .

Not good as expected

The property is just ok. Does not deserve high rating. They DO NOT provide shuttle service to airport. We have to pay a lot for the taxi that the hotel can arrange.

First they were supposed to pick me up at the airport! They didn’t come telling the cas was broken! Second they send me to anther hotel! Third I had to pay the 2 taxis even if it was included! But the other hotel was ok!

The room was really dirty with stain marks on bedsheet and was smelling of cigarette in the room and bathroom

This is a very good choice in budget stay. One can not expect a 5 star facility.I had very good experience.I will recommend this to anyone.
