For location it 's quite far from city centre (malioboro). Kind of hard to find foods nearby too since it 's in the middle of residential and government district. Cons:- the towel really got a lot of feathers that will stick to your body. Don't know whether it 's the towel characteristic or is it because of the washing method.- aircon is either very cold or not cold.- not soundproof. I can hear the baby 2 rooms across me crying at midnight.- breakfast is a duhh. Can't expect more though with the hotel price include breakfast during lebaran. Pros:- quiet neighbourhood.- refill water near the lift on every floor.- staffs are very polite and helpful.

Kali kedua menginap disini. Overall ketagihan sih menginap disini. Tp kali ini dapat kamar dengan lantai yg keramiknya mau lepas. Semoga segera diperbaiki.

Nice room layout, there 's seating area outside the room with small pantry, really useful for family stay. The hotel has nice coffee bar, and they supply with some good coffee drips in the bedroom, not just an ordinary instant coffee like most hotel. My kid also love the pool. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks.

Hotelnya ga terlalu besar tapi compact dan nyaman. Breakfastnya juga cukup variatif mulai dari main course hingga dessert.

Hotelnya bersih, tenang & makannya jg enak. Saran: tempat sampah sebaiknya dilapisi kantung plastik; Saluran TV diperbanyak.

So far it was a great stay but maybe they have to touch up the room facilities, fix up their wifi connection and TV. But overall it 's 9/10.
