The hotel is quite clean, the staff I met during my stay were very friendly & helpful. The hotel provides a transportation package to see the sunrise in Bromo, for me who was impromptu so it was very helpful.
Will stay here again if I go to Probolinggo.

It's really worth it to stay at this hotel. The hotel (especially the lobby & room aisle) is very clean & spacious. What's more, the room is super spacious + long sofa. Access in the middle of the city everywhere is close. Rate * for this hotel. Will return to this hotel again if there is a chance to go to Probolinggo.

Family with toddler, visited during Eid holiday. The children playroom in the lobby was definitely a plus. Staffs were friendly, the breakfast buffet was well-varied and tasty. The mountain view from 7th floor was great. Room aircon was a bit iffy, it's not cool enough but it's okay. Will definitely come here again if we're visiting Probolinggo next time.
