The staff is very friendly. We arrived earlier than check-in time. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early. I just felt that the cleanliness of the sheets was a bit lacking. The blanket was already discolored. The food was quite plentiful and delicious.

I really like staying here because it's close to everything: Kokas Mall, Menteng, Tebet, and Pasar Minggu, it's the perfect location. The rooms are spacious, the beds are big, clean, the bathrooms are complete, the food is quite good, but there's not much variety, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room rate is worth it👍

The room was quite large, but the wooden floor was old and creaked when stepped on. The air conditioning was in good condition. The lighting in the room was very poor, with yellow lights creating a dim atmosphere, and the hotel offered no other solution. It might have been better if the lights were white. Children's facilities were very limited, and breakfast was very limited, with mostly peppery and spicy dishes. The queue for eggs at breakfast was long and took a long time. The water in the bathtub was small and not hot enough. However, the room was clean, with no ants, insects, or dust. The room didn't smell. The sheets were clean and comfortable to sleep in. The service was responsive and friendly. The hotel's location is convenient for purchasing food from GoFood and other sources.
