The hotel name is unknown to the people around. The divan bed is rickety. The glass in the room is dirty and moldy, the ceiling is full of holes and mold. The AC is cold, there is hot water.

highly not recommended.. with a price of 200 thousand. far from being worth living in. the room smells of cockroaches. lots of cigarette butts, bed sheets with lots of yellow stains. no blankets and towels..

I rarely review accommodations on apps, this is the first time. In terms of rooms: usually oyo/super oyo are quite clean although mediocre. The room I got, starting from the dirty pillowcase, the floor was still quite dirty, the room smelled bad. In terms of location and service: The service is quite good and friendly, strategic location close to food vendors and cafes/food stalls.

Strategic location, close to Alfamart, and culinary delights, but the building is old, towels are not provided, the room lights are not bright, the application says free breakfast, in reality there is none, the room floor is like the bathroom floor.

I completed the booking and paid for a specific room. But when I got there, the exact room I booked was given to someone else. Spent more than one hour discussing for a solution with the hotel staff, but no result. I called the agent help centre but they said they will escalate the issue to the hotel management, another hour was wasted. Finally, after long waiting, the hotel staff offer me a lower rate room and agree to return the room price differences. I placed in the deluxe room, the room itself was quite dirty, cupboard, desk, and other facilities look old.
