This hotel, while simple, had several very satisfying aspects for the price, leaving me quite satisfied with my stay. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the cool air conditioning was a real help in the hot weather. While there were a few shortcomings, such as a weak shower head and the lack of a heater, I found the rest of the facilities to be quite good and clean. Its strategic location also made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive impression of my stay. It's perfect for those looking for a simple, affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort.

Stayed at this hotel for a family event. The location is good. The rooms need renovation. There was an AC leak and there were lots of mosquitoes, but you can ask the staff to spray mosquito repellent. The food is good, and the room rates are very affordable. It's close to a supermarket and a pharmacy.

I got an old room, there was a lot of dirt and dust under the bed, the AC was dripping so I gave it a trash can, and the shower water was often low, because we were on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was normal, both the friendliness and the room cleaning staff.

The room facilities are already damaged, many of which are for the newly renovated rooms... it's time for the towels, bed sheets and pillow cases to be replaced... they have turned an uneven yellowish color... towels also have an expiration date... honestly, I couldn't sleep well on the hotel bed sheets and pillows at that time

I once stayed in an executive room and the room was safe and comfortable. However, when I checked into this executive room, the bathtub had stains, the water was difficult to drain, and when I pulled out the bathtub drain, hair came out and it smelled bad.

I stayed for two days, got a room on the third floor. There was no elevator. There were lots of mosquitoes outside the room, so if you opened the door, they would come in. When I first arrived, there were no bath towels, so I had to wait a long time. On the second day, the room couldn't be opened with the key, so I had to wait for it to be fixed. The plus points are ample parking, the location is in a residential area so it's quiet, it's close to modern shops, and it's close to a park where people sell and exercise in the morning. Overall, you get what you pay for, but if the service and facilities were improved, this hotel would be worth it.

- check out took longer than expected, n we weren’t called back, so we had to follow up ourselves. - ⁠previously, i was assisted with having an item brought from the reception to my room. however, when i ordered room service yesterday n requested the same, it was confirmed via WhatsApp that it could be done. i even gave an extra tip when the room service arrived. but when the order was delivered the item wasn’t brought. when I followed up on WhatsApp, i was then told it wasn’t possible. it felt like a trap *sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️🙏

This is the second time I've stayed here, I always book a newly renovated room, but this time the bathroom was dirty, like it had never been brushed until it was covered in yellow crust, when it was dry it wasn't visible but when it was wet it was very yellow and slippery and smelled of urine when it was wet, even though we didn't urinate there, yesterday we wanted to take a picture, we forgot😔. During our stay, there were some shortcomings in the room, such as a clogged bathroom sink and dripping water from the AC. However, the hotel staff was friendly, and the public facilities outside the room looked good. There was also a time when we reported to the staff that there were mosquitoes in the room. When we went out and asked for it to be cleaned, the staff immediately followed up by fogging. Thank you.

An affordable hotel. Some rooms are new and some are older. I happened to get an older one; the AC wasn't cooling and the bathroom door wouldn't close. However, I asked to move rooms and was allowed to, and I got a better one. Breakfast was good, but the food was a bit cold.

When I checked in to the room, I was shocked. We ordered an executive king pantry. When I entered the room, it was damp, it looked like an old building. The toilet was broken and the water was always on, the pantry was dirty, the TV was tube, the AC was old-fashioned, there was no refrigerator even though it was listed as having a refrigerator and there were a lot of mosquitoes. I complained to the FO and they told me to wait for a technician. We waited for about 30 minutes without any news. My child was in a bad mood because he was tired and wanted to rest quickly. Finally, I went out again and met the housekeeping man. I conveyed my complaint. Luckily, the man immediately responded and helped me communicate with the FO so I could move rooms. Hopefully, in the future, the FO service will be better, quickly providing solutions and the room facilities can be improved.
