You can get a room rate of 450K, but the quality & cleanliness of the room is not worth the price. The bed linen is dirty, there are stains, the roof is perforated, the floor is dirty. Disappointing for the quality of the room considering the room rate is quite expensive. Maybe because it's the only hotel with the highest star rating in the Sumenep area, it's lazy to maintain its rooms and set a price rate above the average. Very disappointed.

Manajemen yang sangat tidak bertanggung jawab atas pelayanan kepada tamu. Tidak perlu mengadakan acara di malam hari jika tidak bisa menyediakan kapasitas tempat parkir yang memadai. Kami memutuskan tidak melanjutkan menginap karena tidak diberikan tempat parkir dan manajemen hanya berkata berulang kali tidak tahu atas kendala yang terjadi. Kualitas perawatan kamar sangat buruk bisa dilihat kondisi barang-barang di kamar yang tidak terawat. Selimut di hari pertama ada noda lipstik dan sobek, TV tidak bisa ditonton.

The hotel is quite nice and near city so great access. The downside is the cleanlines. The pool is quite dirty, there are leaves and some ant floating in the water. I stay for 6 nights here, the staff always ask whether we want our room to be cleaned or not, so its quite good.

Best hotel in town, but got a room with the door hinge down, so when I left I didn't realize the door was still open. Safe condition.

Always feel at home if you go to Sumenep to stay here. Hotels with friendly staff, cleanliness is maintained, only the breakfast menu needs to be added to make it more attractive.
