I stayed 2 nights, the first night the room was comfortable the second night I moved rooms with payment not much different from the first room. I paid almost 300 thousand for the price but the room was not very good. The bathroom smells that impose the entire room smells and is very uncomfortable in the room. Not a matter of facilities or expensive and cheap but especially on cleanliness. Even though it is simple, if it's clean, it makes you feel at home. But if it's just sleeping it doesn't last long in the room. For the size of the homestay I think the price is already quite expensive unfortunately it does not match what we get. Just a suggestion to focus on cleaning the bathroom. And thank you to the front officer who helped me travel info to Semarang yesterday. Send regards for success.

Very close to Malioboro area. Very close also to the monument station. No need to bother looking for food to Malioboro and the price of food is much cheaper in this area. In the morning many mothers offer souvenir bags and others, the price is also far cheaper.

Affordable price, homey like at home, breakfast fried rice only b, location near malioboro good walking, near jogja monument station, cold air conditioning, hot water works well, the drawbacks are at least there is a glass spoon to make coffee / tea and blankets only given 1 so if you have 2, you can't get a blanket, and only 1 electric socket, so it is a hassle if you want to charge more than 1 cellphone.

The first greeting from a rather long-haired man, just flat on his face, again cool to play the cellphone until he said the 2 times greeting was not good, Kirain was not even a homestay employee. the other guys were friendly, his face continued to smile.

It's nice to stay at this homestay family, the rooms and facilities are the same in the application, there is warm water, the water comes out too much, but it's a bit stuffy, but over all okay, the train arrives at 4 in the morning while the check is still on, Also, I checked out, but I still want to buy first with malioboro nitip, the items were also bought, I really like the service. God willing, if you want to go to Jogja, go to this homestay again ay

Comfortable enough for my family to bring two children still comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is also clean. The waiter was also friendly, the first experience here was quite positive. next time can come back again.

For the comfort of the room it's quite good. Room not fragrant. Double bed mattress with 2 pillows and 1 bolster and one blanket that is not in good condition. Cold air conditioner. The bathroom has hot water and is quite spacious, 2 towels are provided which are not in good condition and 2 soaps. There is a small fridge right in front of the bed and there is a TV with good picture quality. Provided 4 glasses of mineral water (free), 1 can of fanta (pay) and pocari (pay) in the room. For breakfast 2 choices there are fried rice with eggs and crackers (for standard taste) as well as bread and tea and coffee. Breakfast must be below if you want to bring the room to pay another 10 thousand. The balcony is comfortable enough to hang out in front of the room, but the view is limited to people's roofs. Free mineral water that can be taken downstairs. Parking is quite extensive. The stairs to the upper floors are too dark. Overall prices are expensive for the facilities provided. Hopefully it will be entered for the hotel.
