Our 1N stay at Royal Suite type was fantastic! Check-in was super easy and fast, setting a great start. The facilities are excellent and something for everyone.
What truly made it was the outstanding staff hospitality and service. Every team member was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had snacks at Infinite and it was good. Dinner in Skydome was spectacular. Lots of options for breakfast. Plenty of parking space.

A great choice for a family stay, especially with small children, as there are plenty of activities to choose from, including a playground, heated pool, kids club, and more. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the price is commensurate with the amenities. The only downside is the distance to the main road, but it's okay with online transportation. Overall, I have no regrets choosing this hotel 👍

This hotel is still a favorite for staycations in Batu. Upon check-in, the receptionist, a.k.a. Fitri, was very detailed in providing information and gave me a free room upgrade. All the employees were friendly and always greeted me wherever I met. The restaurant employee, a.k.a. Marry/Merry, I forgot, was very quick to give me items I left behind at the restaurant after breakfast.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The facilities are really great, making you feel comfortable and at home. The menu at Infinite8 Cafe is delicious, everything from pasta to pizza. Thank God, if you bring kids, they'll be comfortable eating there, as the waiters provide special cutlery for kids. I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Batu🫶🏻

One of the 5-star hotels in Batu City, the location is on a hill with a very beautiful view, the road to the location is quite far from the city and has a very cold and fresh air, the hotel is very spacious like a mall, the lobby is very spacious and comfortable, there is also a mini ATM, the swimming pool is very spacious, the kids-friendly playground is also good, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food in the restaurant is very complete and delicious, the vehicle parking area in the hotel basement is quite spacious, it is very pleasant to stay with family here.

First time staying at a 5-star hotel 😅 excited. Booked a premier twin room and requested a room on the 3rd floor or above. When I checked in, the room wasn't ready yet and I waited 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I was contacted and the room was ready at 3:05 PM. Overall, it was okay. The hotel was clean, the facilities were complete, and the breakfast was varied.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was quite tasty and varied, the rooms and surroundings were clean and well-maintained. My complaint was with the mattress, which was a bit hard and slanted. Perhaps the quality of the spring bed was not good.

The hotel was very pleasant, from check-in to check-out the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I had a problem with the AC not being cold enough, a technician immediately came and the AC was safe and cool. There are also lots of children's toys, no need to worry about being bored. The restaurant also has very delicious food, overall a nice stay, definitely will come back.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The facilities are really great, making you feel comfortable and at home. The menu at Infinite8 Cafe is delicious, everything from pasta to pizza. Thank God, if you bring kids, they'll be comfortable eating there, as the waiters provide special cutlery for kids. I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Batu🫶🏻

One of the 5-star hotels in Batu City, the location is on a hill with a very beautiful view, the road to the location is quite far from the city and has a very cold and fresh air, the hotel is very spacious like a mall, the lobby is very spacious and comfortable, there is also a mini ATM, the swimming pool is very spacious, the kids-friendly playground is also good, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food in the restaurant is very complete and delicious, the vehicle parking area in the hotel basement is quite spacious, it is very pleasant to stay with family here.

First time staying at a 5-star hotel 😅 excited. Booked a premier twin room and requested a room on the 3rd floor or above. When I checked in, the room wasn't ready yet and I waited 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I was contacted and the room was ready at 3:05 PM. Overall, it was okay. The hotel was clean, the facilities were complete, and the breakfast was varied.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was quite tasty and varied, the rooms and surroundings were clean and well-maintained. My complaint was with the mattress, which was a bit hard and slanted. Perhaps the quality of the spring bed was not good.

The hotel was very pleasant, from check-in to check-out the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I had a problem with the AC not being cold enough, a technician immediately came and the AC was safe and cool. There are also lots of children's toys, no need to worry about being bored. The restaurant also has very delicious food, overall a nice stay, definitely will come back.
