Get a cheap price with a fairly large room with a separate living room. Comfortable enough for those who want a staycation to bring their family and children, they will be happy. Close to road access. In front of the hotel there is a mcd, indomart and others. Next staycation here if you go to Bandung again.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, hot water works, even though there is no air conditioning, but because the atmosphere is very cold, it feels like there is air conditioning. It's just that the outside environment is not well maintained, it seems old, but inside the room is quite well maintained.

When I came here, I was surprised to find that there were no lobby staff, everything was taken care of by the security guard who doubles as the room locksmith. The hotel has been neglected, it should be downgraded to a 3 star hotel no longer. The application image is also deceiving. + 1. Well maintained rooms. 2. The toilet is well maintained and the hot water runs smoothly. 3. Rooms are spacious and TV works. - 1. Hotel is abandoned. 2. A bit spooky/horror and minimal lighting. 3. Noisy because it is near the road. At 3 am the sound of vehicles was heard. 4. There are no toiletries, only towels

Kami sekeluarga check in sekitar jam 10 malam. Senang sekali menginap di hotel ini dengan staff yang ramah bernama Pak Maman, kami ijin untuk check out sekitar jam 3 an di perbolehkan. Ada playground nya juga untuk bermain anak, udara yang sejuk juga kamar yang luas di lengkapi dengan ruang tamu dan toilet yang bersih. Recommended dan sesuai harga.

Grand Hotel Lembang awalnya saya pikir sebuah bangunan hotel dengan standard umumnya hotel ada staff receptionist, dan lain-lain. Mirip villa. Ternyata check in nya sama security di post pintu masuk. Room nya bersih dan luas. Terpisah dengan ruang tamu. Ada teras depan dan belakang. Hanya karena check in nya malam jadi suasananya horor.😁. Mirip di film-film horor ala +62. Tapi pagi suasananya indah dan asri.👍 kalo malam jangan tanya dah. Overall sangat lumayan dengan budget harga segitu.

Kami kecewa dengan akomodasi di Grand Hotel Lembang. Saya check in di tanggal 25 Desember 2023 di pukul 17.00 sore dan setelah kami menurunkan koper. Kami melihat 1 kamar Spring bed nya kotor bercak-bercak sebelumnya sudah di minta ke petugas hotel untuk diganti, lalu sudah diganti yang info dari petugas hotelnya spei baru tetapi setelah diganti, spreinya tetap bercak-bercak sesuai dengan di foto yang dilampirkan. Dan ada 1 kamar lainnya yang plafon nya bocor di tengah kamar seperti gambar di foto plafond yang di lampirkan sehingga airnya bocor terus terkena spring bed. Selain itu kamar lainnya ada yang shower mandinya rusak sehingga pas digunakan airnya semprot tidak beraturan. Untuk kebersihan dan fasilitasnya tidak layak disebut sebagai hotel. Untuk amenities yang mendasar juga tidak ada yang tersedia seperti sabun, shampoo, sikat gigi, handuk, dan bahkan pada awalnya tidak tersedia keset di kamar mandi sehingga harus minta ke pihak hotel dulu tapi keset yang diberikan juga kotor seperti keset bekas. Silahkan dilihat foto dan video yang sudah saya lampirkan. Lalu kami pergi makan dan cari untuk penginapan di hotel lain. Lalu di pukul 19.30 kami memutuskan untuk check out dari hotel dan pindah ke hotel lainnya. Dan hingga saat ini belum ada kompensasi yang diberikan dari pihak hotel terkait kendala seperti ini. Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan dan penyelesaian masalah dari pihak hotel.
