I'm sure this hotel was great in its heyday, but now I feel a few shortcomings: 1. The mattress is a bit hard, the bed sheets and pillowcases are a bit dirty, but they don't smell, and the room is quite clean. 2. It's a shame the television in the room isn't a smart TV, there are only a few local channels, and the picture is often poor. 3. There's Wi-Fi, but it seems like the network coverage isn't wide enough, so the Wi-Fi often drops out in the room. 4. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but unfortunately, once the food and empty glasses run out, it takes a while to get refilled. Perhaps more staff are needed. 5. The hotel restaurant isn't open at night, so we had to leave the hotel to find dinner. Besides the above drawbacks, there are definitely advantages to staying at the Grand Mulya Bogor: 1. Easy access to the hotel, the roads are still safe for cars, and the parking area is quite spacious. 2. Friendly and prompt staff service. 3. The water heater in the bathroom works well. 4. There's a large swimming pool and spacious garden (the pool could be better; it was usable for swimming during my stay, but parts of the pool were a bit mossy. I hope they'll pay more attention to its cleanliness in the future. Thank you.

Despite some of the reviews here, I like the ambiance of this hotel, and its location is quite close to the mall and the city of Bogor. In my opinion, the only thing lacking is the room amenities. With a little more improvement and regular maintenance, this hotel could be great.

I noticed a lot of cigarette butts and ash on the tables and chairs facing the pool on the first floor, near the lobby. Restroom cleanliness needs more attention. The corridors, especially in rooms 336-340++, look gloomy and have a strange odor. The pool is okay. The garden/open space is spacious. Breakfast is standard. Hopefully, this hotel can improve in the future. Thank you.

bought drinks at the cafe. ice chocolate 33k, coffee latte 33k. but the iced chocolate tastes like Frisian Flag milk with water added🤮. the coffee latte is also not good. I'd rather buy Tomoro. The price is like that, not including tax & service. btw my room 108 is really dirty, the walls are full of holes, there are no toiletries, there's even shampoo from yesterday's visitor. the bathroom floor is really dirty. in my room there are 3 cockroaches still alive, they caught my husband, luckily my husband isn't disgusting, I was just grumbling the whole time. I'm tired of staying here, once is enough for me

The resort looks old, judging by the ceiling and surrounding buildings. There haven't been many renovations, perhaps they're still in the process of being revived. The staff is lacking, so their performance is slow. The food lacks flavor.

There is no air circulation in the room because the window cannot be opened and there is no exhaust so the air in the room is dirty.... the cleanliness of the hallway is also not maintained, there is trash that is not immediately taken even though it has been overnight, the broom is also left in the hallway (not stored in its place), the AC cannot be adjusted, the sink is also dirty, the side looks like it has never been cleaned, the wall paint is peeling, the cafe and bar only have drinks, no food, the restaurant also looks "dead", lastly.... the swimming pool has dirt like dry leaves that have not been cleaned/scrounged, there are no rabbits, not like in the photo

The towels weren't ready in the room. I asked the staff for them after 2 hours. The AC in the room was very hot. The technician arrived and asked if it was just blowing air. Is it an AC or a fan? The price is cheap, but please don't be cheap and disappoint your guests.

When I checked in, the room was dirty and smelly, and there were no toiletries. I checked in at 2:00. It looked like the room had been used and not cleaned, and then it was given to me. As a result, I had to upgrade because it was uncomfortable. And they couldn't use QR code in an era where people don't carry cash.

In my opinion, with a 4-star hotel like this, it is not worthy of being a 4-star hotel, because the facilities are very lacking. The staff service is also lacking, when we arrived at the room it was not yet available, The superior room is the lowest one which has no air at all and the room glass facing the wall has no view at all. I asked for an upgrade to the upper room and was charged an additional fee. The worst thing is there is no wifi, the hot water in the toilet doesn't work either. The view for the photo spots is good, the swimming pool is clean, the restaurant is clean, the taste is quite good. But the shower room for swimming is very inadequate. The playground is broken,
