Let the stars do the talking. So speechless with what they said about the hotel in this building, huft. But for the staff, they are friendly and responsive. For the cleanliness, completeness, and facilities in this building, it is very disappointing, and I really regret having stayed in this building. Not worth it at all for the price!

The TV only has 4 channels, and often turns off suddenly. Dust stuck to the table and chairs in the room, there was some dust on the mattress. Stairs only, no lift. Overall ok for transit.

The bed sheets looked very dirty, I slept on the bed cover, it was probably not clean in the wash so it still looked dull and dirty, there was no lift available in the room up to the 3rd floor, not according to the price stated, not according to expectations, no tissue, good at bedroom or bathroom, don't fill the gallon with water outside the room (for refilling bottles).

Kamar mandi kotor banget, banyak debu dan bunyi air mengalir terus mengganggu tidur, wifi tidak berfungsi dll. Air mandi panas tidak berfungsi hangat tetapi masih dingin.

Hotel buatan 2008 ini lumayan besar dan mempunyai kolam renang yang besar. Dengan harga 500k lebih bagus lagi kalau mendapat sarapan juga.

Very disappointing, the condition of the room did not match the one in the photo, I paid 900 thousand but the hotel felt like a cheap hotel which cost 50 thousand. The towels are like doormats. I'm really sorry to stay. Online agents should act. Even though it's standard, it's not like that given the condition of the room. regret.

When I first entered the hotel room, my child was crying hysterically, the weather was scary. The hotel room lights are dim, there is no tissue, the toilet is dirty, smelly. The only hotel that makes me want to go home quickly because it's uncomfortable 😭 but the staff are friendly.

The bathroom smells not good, the sheets are dull and there are torn dusty floors, the walls of the dirty rooms are very uncomfortable, they don't match the photos that exist when ordering. Very disappointing I checked in at 14.30 and checked out at 17.30 more or less.

The room is dirty, the bed linen smells and is very dirty like it hasn't been cleaned, the bathroom is smelly, dirty, the pillows are also smelly, there is no lift, telephone, hot water. The price is not worth it! sorry.
