I was very disappointed, it seemed like the receptionist was still in training, not very helpful, but she was friendly but she was stiff in conveying the wrong information, I kept asking other staff back and forth.

The room was not bright enough, and there was no soundproofing. We could hear people walking and moving furniture in the room above us. During my stay, there was a noise that sounded like a door opening, but the door was actually hard to open—it went on all night and made it difficult for me to sleep. The staff were friendly, and the food was decent, though the variety was lacking for a 4-star hotel.

The breakfast menu is very poor, it's not worth it, it's better to have breakfast outside and I was unlucky to get a room that wasn't soundproof so it was very noisy from the next room which was disturbing. I'll never stay at any Harris again

Check in is from 2 o'clock and you can only enter the room at 5 o'clock. Parking is difficult if you come home late at night and it's very quiet, there are no security guards at all because the parking is combined with the apartment.

The hotel is really good, the parking area is up to basement 4, if you go out and come back at 7 o'clock and above, it's a bit difficult to find parking.. but next to the hotel there is still a place, although it's not big, if there is a seminar-wedding event at the hotel there might be parking problems, the refrigerator is not cold enough, the swimming pool water must be kept clean so that it is more comfortable for children to swim.

This hotel is very strategic, it's close to everywhere, there are many places to buy food around it, there is a minimarket inside the hotel, so it's easy if you want to buy something, our only complaint is that there is 1 food at breakfast that is not worth eating, but overall nice!
