The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

The room is nice and quite spacious. The bathroom partition is a bit see-through, so when someone takes a shower, the silhouette can be seen. If you want a connecting room, there’s an extra charge (this is the first time I’ve encountered such a policy). The staff are friendly, but the security guard is a bit less welcoming. Parking space is limited. The location is close to Rawon Setan and the mall.

The Holiday Inn is a great choice when visiting Surabaya, and this is our third stay. The hotel and service are excellent, and the location is close to the city center.

One pillow with human body odor, seems like didn’t change new. Another pillow with big patch stain similar to didn’t properly wash. Bathroom water hot till cannot adjust lower

The room is nice and quite spacious. The bathroom partition is a bit see-through, so when someone takes a shower, the silhouette can be seen. If you want a connecting room, there’s an extra charge (this is the first time I’ve encountered such a policy). The staff are friendly, but the security guard is a bit less welcoming. Parking space is limited. The location is close to Rawon Setan and the mall.
