The first time I entered the room, it was really clean + fragrant too. The rooms are spacious enough for those who are married. The bathroom is also clean + there is a heater too. The ac is also very cold. There is breakfast, the menu changes every day. There is a dispenser if you want coffee or tea or just want to drink water. The service at the reception is also all friendly. If you go to Jogja again, you will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My opinion is that the hotel is very comfortable, the price is affordable, you can get breakfast, the rooms have AC facilities, there is a water heater, there is a bathtub, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly, around the hotel there are lots of food sellers, basically the best ones are at affordable prices, the only drawback is that opposite the hotel there is a temporary rubbish dump specifically for local residents so the smell is strong and unpleasant when passing through the area

Very happy to be able to stay here. The staff is friendly pol 1000000/10. What makes you feel at home is because of the friendliness of the staff, so you feel safe staying here. Breakfast has a main menu and toast. Because the train schedule was very early, I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I was given plain bread with peanut butter and blue berries + buavita. Delivered early in the morning before leaving. Very good indeed. Hotel rooms are also always tidied when you leave them.

Staying here, the atmosphere is calm, it's not too noisy outside, because maybe it's an office housing area, but it's close to Tugu Jogja. The staff are very friendly, ladies and gentlemen, super duper friendly, smiling too πβ₯. The room is clean, the AC is cold, you get hotel slippers, there are towels, toothbrush + toothpaste, bottled water, coffee + creamer + tea + sugar sachets, in the bathroom there is also liquid soap which is in the box. The only thing that's a bit disappointing is that the water for the toilet comes out very little at dawn, so when you want to urinate/defecate you have to use the shower ππ. And every morning there is breakfast like 2 menus, rice, crackers & chili sauce. The menu is home-style but delicious. Then, if you don't want to eat rice, there is plain bread & blueberry jam, peanut butter, oh yes, you can also make coffee or tea. There is a dispenser like that at the place where you eat and you can get as much water as you like. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the employees, when I wanted to have lunch in my room, I could ask for a bowl/plate, like that. Then when we finished shopping for lots of souvenirs because we had to use boxes, we had to ask the staff for boxes like that, the mother kindly took the initiative to lend us duct tape & scissors, ahh, it's basically a nesthaeyo deh πββοΈπ₯°π. At least that's all the bidet water for the toilet, please fix, God willing, if you go to Jogja, stay here again π₯°.

The place is in the middle of the city, away from the noise. The only drawback is the water heater which has to be taken from the dispenser outside the room and the water drain that is not closed in the room.

The location is quite strategic. Near places to eat, cafes, laundry and others. There is a rickshaw hanging in front of the hotel. Parking is small but enough for all hotel guests. Spacious room. Behind it there is a window facing a small garden so it can be opened so that fresh air can enter. Unfortunately the bathroom drain smells. The shower, if you choose a hot one, gets really hot. The mattress had to be replaced because it stuck in the middle so it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. The mattress on the edge is still hard. The employees are very friendly. The breakfast menu is only fried rice, fried eggs & nuggets. I ordered for the Christmas & New Year holidays at a hefty price, not comparable to the breakfast menu. I ordered the family room
