The bed is dirty there are bed bugs that have a lot of mosquitoes 😭😭 Please change the sheets often so that not many bed bugs can make you sleep.

The check-in process is slow, I have to wait a long time to wait for the extra bed to be included, I have waited a long time, eh, I still want to use extra bed, sir? dirty rooms again, there are spider webs and cockroaches that complete the collection of animals in the room, there are still many low budget hotels in Mataram that are better than this, and the hotel staff is great, all sullen faces are not friendly.
