For a 4 star hotel, it is unfortunate that the fridge does not work. I cannot store food in the fridge.

1) PLSE STOP ALL THOSE SO CALLED "HOTEL POLICY CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM" IS 2025 COMING TO AN END TURNING TO 2026. IF CUSTOMER IS ALREADY HERE. TRY TO ARRANGE IT. I HAVE BEING TO FROM 5 STAR TILL 1 STAR. IF THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS GOOD TRANING ..THEY WONT BE DUNGU LIKE THAT . 2) IS YEAR 2025 ALREADY . IS YOUR MANAGENT REALLY *CHECK YOUR INTERNET SPEED* . ????? OR JUST SIMPLY YES JUST PASANG ONLY? IS NOT MY GRAND MOTHER TIME BACK TO YEAR 90. NOWADAYS EVERY SINGLE THING IS USING INTERNET . WHILE IM WRITING THIS BAD REVIEW. I WAS HAVING 30 TIMES BUFFERING FOR IN LIKE 20 MINUTES FOR A SINGLE SHORT CLIP. COME ON. DONT SPOILT IBIS STYLE BUSINESS. TQ . .THIS IS MY 1ST AND ALSO MY LAST

The hotel staff was quite friendly, and the food was quite complete, but the taste could be improved. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were bolsters. However, the towels might be time for new ones, as they were yellowing and thin. The electrical outlets in the rooms could be checked again, as some weren't working. The hotel's location is far from the culinary and shopping centers, but it's quite comfortable and quiet.

It was very interesting to stay at Ibis Batam, but there are things that need to be improved such as the smell of towels, unprepared amenities, and unresponsive staff.

Not very clean and the staff service is not very responsive, the Wi-Fi in the room is problematic.

Ok, good, I'll be a regular when I go to Batam.

I stayed 2 nights here, it was comfortable during my business trip. Unfortunately the wifi is unable to connect, the hair dryer is not working and the telephone in my room also is not working so i cannot make a call to the receptionist. But overall the place is nice and clean, the room is spacious and the most important thing they have guling, so i can sleep peacefully

3 days 2 nights with a pleasant experience, clean and the staff is also friendly, but the swimming pool is a bit dirty because the leaves fall from around the trees and the pool filter is not on.. overall good. Thanks Ibis St🥰🙏
