Very kid friendly hotel! Our family stayed for a staycation, we were initially attracted by the swimming pool which is combined with the water park, and it turns out there is also a small playground and free kids activities (cooking class and coloring). The service is very good, the staff are friendly, there are also lots of culinary delights around. It will be a favorite staycation place! Continued success ISPI!

The second day of staying here with family, asked to move rooms to change the atmosphere, the response was very good, the receptionist (Mbak Kartika if I'm not mistaken) was very helpful, I asked to move rooms on the second day, it was prepared very quickly, and the room was also clean from the room on the second day before, even though there were some equipment that didn't exist such as a hot water pot, only one glass, overall it was good, cured by the fast reception service. For breakfast pretty good, just less choice. And the waiters in the restaurant are also inadequate. Continued success going forward. The plan is to take all my employees on vacation here sometime. The swimming pool is very supportive for the added value of this hotel.🥰👍

The hotel is quite good, affordable and close to the crowds. The swimming pool is also okay. The room is quite spacious, the view is also the swimming pool. It's just that the cleanliness of the room please pay more attention, lots of cobwebs and please wash or dry the sofa pillows, the smell can't be described 😂. Initially the toilet water looks dirty brown, but after that it cleans by itself. Rooms are not noisy, perfect for a comfortable rest. The food is quite varied and the staff is quite helpful. That's all, the rest is okay, I will come to stay again, thank you.

Already the room is small and smelly, the TV does not turn off according to what was ordered, the pillow smells, the small child swimming gets charged. The room problem is still okay, I can understand because there is a swimming pool, this is just a swimming pool. Those who are selling the swimming pool instead want to enter the swimming pool because they have to pay for a 2-year-old child. Room check yourself if you don't believe it. The hotel is also dirty and not maintained. Think about it if you want to stay here.

Kamar rapi dan nyaman tapi lantai agak berdebu. Cocok untuk anak-anak liburan karena kolamnya banyak permainannya anak-anak puas. Minusnya hanya di breakfast aja, kurang variatif, pelayanan lama minta gelas ga ada, sampai selesai sarapan gelas masih belum ada, makanannya juga banyak yang sudah habis padahal baru jam setengah 8. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya. Terima kasih.
