We like the ambience and super helpful and friendly staff! We have been provided information prior arrival. Deluxe tents are clean and spacious enough to sleep for 3. Many instagrammable spots around the facilities. Check-in process was quick and smooth. Food was good. Glass bottled water inside is refillable. Very eco-friendly. Playground in front of the white house is loved by kids. Overall it was great short getaway in Anyer!

Great place for staycation. The room and beach is clean. Beautiful view arround the resort. The distance between deluxe rooms is more convenient than the superior. The staffs really friendly and helpful. Check in process a little bit late because the room was not ready (I came at 14.00, but the room was ready at 14.30). The resort need a staff that check on noisy people at night, my neighbor very noisy until 00.30. The breakfast taste is good, but the pastry needs improvement.

It is our first time to stay in this hotel and it didn't disappoint us. Pool is great, the beach is great. The glamping concept is also good. My son love it and we'll definitely go back. I just hope that there should be roving security to remind the noisy guest to adhere the policy. During my stay there are noisy guests talking and laughing so loud at around 2:30 am.

Nice place to stay for a short gateway with your family. The view, the beach, the pool, and the place are beautiful. A pleasant place to stay. And the security and the staff are very helpful. I'm sick so early in the morning, they just right away helped us and run us to the clinic. 👏🏻 thank you so much for helping me 🙏🏻

1. Reception is not equipped to answer any questions, one has to dial 100 from the room to get details or WhatsApp to a number, nothing is known by any staff, everything has to be checked before they revert, not sure why the staff is not equipped with basic info which will be asked by guests like snorkelling, diving, dinner with bbq, etc. 2. Wait staff are not trained on basic waiting skills, food is served without cutleries, not once all the time, one wonders why do you have to ask when that should be basic waiting 101. I don't blame the staff, but the management for not training them adequately. This is just one example, similar questions to staff are their bbq this eve, they said no, but low and behold at 4 pm, there was bbq service available. 3. Resort is nice but the staff ruins the stay, especially anything you ask, been told to dial 100.? The magic number then tells you we will revert with details by WhatsApp, so I wonder who has the details and why can't they say it to our face and the need to use WA. 4. Booked snorkelling the day before and was told in the morning before we left the price was 2. 5jt for 1 person as we have to travel by jetski, that's like 160$ for snorkelling, one gets cheaper snorkelling price in Bali, Labuan Bajo and Pulau Seribu. We waited for 1. 5 days before information started flowing on a piecemeal basis. I Been told the costs and what's included in the package 9 mins before we were supposed to depart is unprofessional. 5. Even after 1 year of operations, looks like they still make things up as they go along, very frustrating. No manager in sight, no one seems to be in charge and in control of the operations. BTW place is infested with flies, not one or 2, millions of them.

It's fun to be able to explore the beach watching the sunset, but it's called glamping so it's super hot in the room during the day. Overall service, food, everything is okay. Maybe you could add space for a pool because it gets really busy in the afternoon. So there is a separate pool area for small children, right?

The service is really good, satisfied, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the bathrooms are clean, the breakfast has many choices, complete, the management is good, clean and all the staff are friendly.
