The place is not maintained, the room smells bad, like the smell of mold, the floor is dirty and there are cockroaches in the room, the sheets are stained.

The trip to the hotel at that time was around 18.30 the road was quite dark and quiet, when I arrived at the hotel it was okay the atmosphere was calm, the place was also decent, but at that time it said all the TVs were being repaired due to lightning, the facilities were reduced. Indeed, the hotel is very close to Batukaras Beach & Green Canyon. Next time, if there are facilities that cannot be used, they should be converted to other facilities.

The receptionist is very friendly, full help, the atmosphere is comfortable. There is a small cafe in the lobby but unfortunately it closes quickly (only until 6 pm). The rooms are clean, seriously clean. It's just that the sink leaked so it couldn't be used. The AC is still good and cold. The building is also very clean.

The room smell so bad, rat’s p**p everywhere even on a bed and in the bathroom also. I’m just arrived for 5 minutes and the lights already off, other guest said it's already happen for third time in 2 hours. I’ve already complain bout it, and the staff not friendly at all, they said I can do nothing about it since there isn't a room left anymore. So I just move to other hotel

Good hotel! The rooms are very spacious, WiFi is fast, clean water, even though the location of the beach is quite far if you make a 1.8 km walk, but if you use a car, it's close. Friendly and satisfying service, neat rooms. Unfortunately the parking lot is still narrow, but what is there is a small mosque next to it. So you can ride parking.
