From the reception, staff, rooms, roof top, breakfast are all the best in its class. The price might seem a bit higher, but you will satisfied staying at this very proper hotel. 👍

Great place to stay! and I love the atmosphere here, and the staffs were so nice and friendly. I love riding the bicycle here in the morning with the waterpark view. Thank you! I really love this place

It's nice to stay at this hotel, the food is delicious, the rooms are neat and clean with views of rice fields and mountains. Plus hotel guests can play in the spacious waterpark and of course it's fun, suitable for holidays with family.

The rooms are poorly cared for, the walls look seeping, the carpet looks dirty, the food order at the cafe takes a long time (45 minutes), the AC service takes a long time to come through twice, it's better if the suitcase is delivered after the guest goes to the room, not the other way around.

Hotel terbaik daerah Balige. Kamar bersih & nyaman. Menu breakfast beragam dan banyak. Dapat fasilitas ke waterpark gratis untuk 2 orang setiap kamar. Pelayanan ramah. Minus belum ada fasilitas untuk fitness.

Hotel cukup bersih, sarapan banyak ragamnya. Rasa standard. 3 malam tinggal di hotel ini, semua oke. Staff dari satpam sampai pelayan di restoran semua ramah-ramah.
