I had the most pleasant stay here. Executive room’s great, bed sheets and blankets are clean. strategic place, friendly staffs.

Stayed for 3 days and this became my favorite hotel in Medan. The room was comfortable and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff! Easy to find food and close to popular malls in Medan. I highly recommend it to everyone to stay here

Quick check in, room clean and comfy. Slight issue with the lighting but was promptly resolved by the staff. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again!

It is a great experience, especially for Medan's food (ie: Lontong Medan, Pulut Pisang, Lupis) during breakfast.

Honestly, it's an old hotel, but I've been here and for me this hotel is affordable and good and safe. Two stars with facilities exceeding 2 stars. The friendliness of the staff, and clean rooms and perfect working equipment. Unfortunately, when I visited, the lift was not working so had to take the stairs. However, for me, this hotel is very good for me at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ms. Rina, you have served with a sincere heart, with a smile and open arms. You deserve a star. Overall, it is ok, easy to got some food at night. Location was good.
