The best hotel with sunset views in Ciletuh. But there are still many shortcomings for a resort, despite its new and modern building. The downsides are: 1. When I was there, the pool was full in the afternoon, so the pool was packed to capacity to watch the sunset. 2. The pool towels were out of stock, leaving many children cold, walking to their rooms in the strong afternoon wind. 3. Because it's isolated from everywhere, we ate dinner, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, with a limited menu. 4. Breakfast at 8:15 was empty, and the refill process took a long time, making guests wait. There were no staff on duty to monitor the empty plates or anything else. When refills were done, the quantities were small, only 5-7 pieces, so by the time three guests had finished eating, they were empty again. On the second day, I arrived for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and the same situation persisted. When I asked the staff if the sausages had been refilled, they said they were all gone. I was a bit dumbfounded by this answer. The food tastes 6 out of 10. 5. When I left, I left the key for them to update. 2 hours later, I returned and got the key and went to the room. It hadn't been updated, so I had to go back down to the lobby. 6. There was no hair dryer. When I called, they said they were on a waiting list, but they never came. 7. Housekeeping was only on duty, so they were probably in a rush, which resulted in the lack of cleanliness. Hopefully, management will improve Laska Ciletuh in the future. The sunset view is top-notch. The security guards are very friendly. I suggest bringing lots of snacks and drinks if you're planning to visit here. It's a long way from everywhere and the hike is winding. But it's worth a try 😊

The food is delicious. The hotel is clean. Unfortunately there is no day tour service provider. The Garden type is expensive, but the garden is small in size, and you can't see the ocean view widely, because the left and right walls are too high. There is no elevator, but there is a Ramp.

The hotel facilities are quite complete from the swimming pool, playground, gym and the hotel service is really good, from the entrance post (security) to the inside, all the staff are quite good. One of them is Kang Bharly who was very good at serving us and other guests. The food is also delicious, it's just that to order food/room service, the maximum is 9 pm (reasonable because this hotel is quite far from everywhere). When we were there (January 2025) the condition of the roads around the hotel were still many that had not been repaired after being hit by a landslide, so you have to be careful and avoid traveling at night because there are very few street lights. Then also provide food, drinks and gasoline in your vehicle before arriving at the hotel. Suggestions for the hotel, try to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the pool for children and maybe you can add entertainment such as live music (jazz/acoustic) and entertainment for children. Overall, we were happy staying at Laska Hotel. The view is the best !!

Of all that was felt, the food in the restaurant was the one that got the best score. The menu is not too much but the taste is really satisfying. The hotel room is comfortable, the sea view is refreshing. The service of all the employees is good and very helpful. Only the location of the hotel is quite worrying when there is heavy rain, there are many landslide points. Overall, this hotel is really worth it for a staycation
