Staff: The check-in process was quite fast, but had to go back twice because the access card had not succeeded in opening the room door. 2 pcs of access cards are given. Room: Room size is spacious, work desk and bench are available, tea and coffee brewing equipment is available, not many TV channels. Bathroom: quite spacious, the first day I didn't get a toothbrush + cotton bud + hair cap, hot water worked well. Towels and footwear are always replaced with new ones. Breakfast: Main menu for 2 days with different variants, same drinks, same dessert, one stand for 2 days with different variants. Location: One place with a mall, but the mall is very quiet. The area around the building has several restaurant shophouses for snacks.

Hospitality is good and cleanliness but need to improve wifi quality as when stayed there the wifi down and need replace the towel as already old. The breakfast will be good by add more item for american breakfast such as bean, pancake and for jam to provide chicolate and chese.
