We have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times, but now the name of the hotel has changed, usually we always get a room on the 2nd floor, we are always satisfied, yesterday on July 16th we booked 2 Executive King Rooms, this is the first time we were placed on the 3rd floor and had a less than satisfactory experience. When we got out of the elevator we were greeted with a floor with many steps and stairs, it felt stuffy, entering the room turned out to be very different from the condition of the room we usually stay on the 2nd floor, the room was poorly maintained, we also asked for a change of sheet set, blanket and pillow because there was lipstick on the pillow and there was hair under the blanket, the staff service was fast and friendly, the front window of the room was also right in the position of the chimney from the kitchen, the towels were also shabby (luckily we brought our own towels), drinking water had to be taken from the dispenser outside the room, so we bought our own drinking water at a nearby shop to save hassle, for breakfast the menu was standard, nothing special, the fried noodles were too salty. It seems this hotel is no longer on our family's favorite list. For those of us who like to stay in Bandung, this hotel is quite strategic because of its central location and easy access to everything. Unfortunately, the condition we recently encountered was disappointing. Hopefully, there will be improvements and renovations in the future. Thank you.

The room was quite large but seemed less than clean. There was no soap provided (it was out of stock). Drinking water was provided in a dispenser outside the room, but the bottles in the room looked unclean. I had to buy drinking water from outside. Breakfast was varied. The biggest downside was that I had booked a non-smoking room a few days ago and paid for it, but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes, claiming it was full.

Overall, the hotel is OK, although the check-in time is a bit long. There are many restaurant options around, vehicle parking is also organized and safe. What needs to be improved is the water flow in the bathroom and sink, it is very slow and even overflows because the outlet is probably clogged. And the soundproofing may need to be improved, the sound from the next room is too loud to enter my room. Thank you.

For business trips it might be good, but if you bring family it's a bit uncomfortable, because there is no sunlight, the windows are wide, but the view is the mall parking lot. The carpet is full of dirt, the bathroom is actually clean but for the toilet when you open the seat there is still human waste, maybe because there is no water spray hose, so the previous user had difficulty cleaning up the rest of his/her bowel movements.

Actually, I really like the hotel, ease of access for food, groceries, parking, and a lot of food stalls outside. But for the room, especially the bathroom, perhaps pest control can take some action.

good location, strategically placed. but the room wasn't really clean and soundproofed. room looked damp and not very well maintained. the bed was definitely old as it had creaking sounds everytine we moved a bit. the breakfast food was quite good. Also the security and parking team could be improved as we haven't got any help in parking and unloading our luggage. it was raining when we arrived so we could use some help.
