A very strategic location. The apartment has complete access to amenities such as a swimming pool and fitness center. The rooms are clean, with very comfortable decor and a very pleasant ambiance. The bathroom is complete with soap, shampoo, and hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, but it lacks adequate dishwashing soap.

Cozy, Clean, and Perfectly Located! I had a wonderful stay at M-Town Residence. The room was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The location was ideal, with easy access to Mall Summarecon and Taco Bell. Whether for business or leisure, this apartment is a great choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

From 3 years of renting my apartment, this is the first time I have a very irresponsible guest, he is almost 50 years old but is embarrassing because he has no responsibility. A guide on how to check in and check out independently has been sent, but the guide was not followed and we were informed that the access card was inserted in the wrong place. The one who is joking is you, hopefully the 250 thousand we paid to replace the access card will be a blessing for us, and one last word, you are embarrassing! :)

Very satisfied with the owner's service, the apartment is very clean, self check-in doesn't need to wait. Wifi and netflix are available, just use it. Modern unit designs. Pokoe will definitely come back here if you go to Gading Serpong. Thank you 🌟.
