Nemuru Stay BTC

The location is quite good, close to the Jatimulya LRT and East Bekasi Station. Next to it are the CGV and BTC cinemas. The staff is friendly, check-in is fast, and the room is quite clean, with towels and toiletries provided. Unfortunately, my floor was a bit noisy due to renovations. For a one-night stay with business in the area, it's fine.

There was no deposit required upon check-in, just an ID card. I was given a twin-bed room, but when I lay down, the mattress immediately collapsed. I asked the receptionist for a room change. They quickly responded and immediately switched me to the next room. Room amenities include two 600ml bottles of mineral water, tea and coffee, plus glasses and an electric kettle. Amenities include two towels, two toothbrushes and toothpaste, and shampoo and soap in bottles. There's a swimming pool behind the lobby, open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've been to Bekasi several times, and this is the only accommodation that's truly worth the price. Comfortable, spacious rooms, and safe facilities.

The place is close to CGV, clean, there is a vending machine in front of the lobby so it's convenient if you want to buy popmie without having to walk far to the front. The room is clean, cozy, the mattress, pillows, sheets, and blankets are comfortable.

Too much

So far everything is fine. The location is okay because it is in the ship terminal, you can also go to the cgv on foot because there is a cgv there too. Only the mattress is really hard, the body gets a bit sore. The pillow is also really hard. Oh, no toothbrush is provided, only soap and shampoo.

This is my second staycation here. The room here is very clean. The sheets and towels are very white, it is rare for a hotel of this class to have towels and sheets that are very white like this. Makes us comfortable while staying here. The receptionist is also friendly. The service is great.

Only paid 200k include tax because of promo. Surprisingly got free room upgrade. For its price it is extraordinarily good, the best in its class. Being at least clean is enough at this price, but it managed to be clean, comfy, and somehow aesthetic (Japanese-themed).

I like the room and the facilities

worth it for the price of 200 small! room 918 can be said to be cool, quiet, AESTHETIC (Japanese theme), clean & comfortable. includes AC, Basic TV, Wifi, Water Heater, 2 Towels, Mat, Electric Thermos & 2 Bottles of Mineral Water. close to the cinema & mall, literally just crawling to get there. minus the parking fee is calculated per hour (9 hours cost 21 thousand) & the view alone (all factories 😂). oh yeah a little advice, if possible the hallway on the 9th floor should be repainted because there are many people who are slobbering (making it look shabby). the receptionist is also friendly, can maintain his attitude, informative & his face is not sour but tends to smile. the check-in process is also easy, just deposit your ID Card then sign the Terms & Conditions letter 👍🏻 get a free room upgrade too, very generous haha (maybe because there are many empty rooms). so it's no wonder this hotel has a rating of 9/10⭐ on Traveloka (super high). will you come back again?
