In my opinion, if you want to book a hotel, it's better to choose one that allows you to pay on the spot because if you choose the wrong hotel, you won't lose anything. It was my fault because I booked in a hurry and didn't read the hotel location. At least we're still staying at a hotel from the same company... even the name is the same, just a different location...
