The initial time of my arrival took almost 1 hour just to wait for the officer / guard who turned out to be cool chatting in the back of the inn with his friends who claimed not to be workers at this inn. After tired of waiting, I immediately rested and locked the door. But suddenly the guards burst into the room without a knock on the door. And yes, I'm not dressed. Only for reasons there are no slippers at the front door. And it turns out the door lock is broken. In the afternoon I asked for toilet paper and rooms that were not yet available. But the guards just say "yes". And the tissue was never given. The next day, I left with the AC position deliberately turned on so that when I return to the room it does not feel hot. But what I met was the electric switch that was turned off. After I turned it on, I immediately went to the toilet to poop. Extraordinary! The water is dead. Forced to use bottled water to clean2. In my entire life, I have never written a bad review anywhere, because I am a fairly indifferent person. But this time it was truly extraordinary. An inn business that has a sale value, managed by people who have no sense. Bad things out of service: Lots of animals like caterpillars, worms and insects.

Upon check-in, the officer in short pants without clothes welcomed us. disrespectful and unprofessional. The electricity in the room has died due to running out of electrical pulses, for hours. And the response from the officers was not pleasant. The next morning the water did not light up, we called the receptionist, no one answered, Until we went to the receptionist there was not a single clerk and we saw a dirty table, it seemed the clerk had been drained overnight. With annoyance, we immediately checked out without a visible officer. Very poor service.

Very bad! We are next door to the family who is staying overnight. So noisy!!!!!!!!! Pagi2 noisy room facilities are not neglected dirty, fortunately the air conditioner is functioning normally. Actually the design of the room I like but the comfort is very lacking. It is recommended if you want to stay here book 1 villa, or the same as 2 rooms. Step feet really buzzing. Privacy doesn't really exist. Veryyyy disappointing

The hotel is a villa type, actually quite good but the rooms are directly adjacent to other rooms that can be rented by others so it is very uncomfortable with the kola kola kola kola. Has an open bathroom so lots of mosquitoes. hot water does not turn on. Flush toilet didn't work, bathtub was dirty and rusty. Television no broadcast, no electricity terminal. WiFi doesn't work. dirty towel. Very uncomfortable.

very lucky only booked 1 night in this hotel.Hotel phone number but the phone turn off 😭😭😭.with difficulty the hotel was finally found.but reception oueit no staff need waiting around 20 minute. the hotel environment is not clean,trash is scattered averywhere , a lot of cigarette butts. the room was originally given, not macth the photo on app. after the complaint is then exchanged with the appropriate room photo from app. dirty dusty dirty room like a neglated room. bathroom uncomfortable with the smell. the next talked and laughed all the night clearly. another suprise. music and sing a songs with 1 group around 8-10 people. in the lobby... until midnight with permission... how possible😱. I ask to stop ! no respect ... another guest need sleeping...😡 ok okay they stop... another again ... motocycle with noise knalpot around my room .i waiting quiet almost 02:00 am ... 😡 no staff security at night until morning 09:30 am still no staff ... then I am check out, out off staff ... and I leave the key on the table..hi manager hotel oyo 1220 never you can get more custumer if you don't change all... and for traveloka.com also oyo grup company , you must control of you hotel before give and sell to custumer... this hotel really not recommended for tourist.

Very not recommeded. I checked in at midnight, around 12 p.m. Before checking in, I confirmed with OYO. OYO gave me a PIC to confirm arrival at Baldev Casa. But I haven't been active, so I decided to go right there. Until there, the room is not ready. I waited for almost 20 minutes. When I got to the room, I wanted to take a shower and take a warm bath. I saw the bathtub didn't fill the lid, I called the FO, the answer was like that and the hot water also didn't turn on. Oh well, I thought. After that I want to watch TV, I look for the remote but it's not there. I called the FO, saying the TV was broken. Damn ... I swear to you. The same husband tried to find push on TV and the TV was on even though it was a little drizzling. One Joglo house is filled with 2 rooms, and only dividing wooden walls. So the conversation in the next room is clear. Feeling privacy disturbed. The floor of the room is made of wood, and every street always sounds. When checking out, leaving the room. Geez, the garden in front of the room is really dirty. Garbage littered unclear. This is my first and last time here. If yesterday I wasn't trapped in hotels in Denpasar because of the new year, I might not come here. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Book 2 rooms, design like a villa. There is a yard and gazebo itself. Suitable for large families looking for cheap & comfortable lodging. The next room, the size is quite large and the medium one. AC is not cold, stayed 5 days here but the room was never cleaned. There is no hot water for bathing & no hot water maker for drinks. This hotel is worth the price.

The electricity went out because the electric pulses ran out in the middle of the night and it was filled only during the day by many mosquitoes, the bathroom was dirty! Hot water doesn't work at all! The toilet sink water leaked! Very noisy, less private! Service is really lacking and very bad.

For the staff there are no problems, kind and friendly. Even so the design of the wooden house is very good, but, please be prepared to protect against mosquitoes in each room. Because when I spent the night there were a lot of mosquitoes, so I had to pat the mosquitoes before going to sleep. thanks.

The standard was according to the price, the room was spacious, but unfortunately when I stayed, there were so many caterpillars that were like a thousand feet on the toilet to where. When the day was about to check out, the staff opened the door to my room which happened to be unlocked, without being knocked or excused just to inform the c / o clock. Small water, had died, and did not want to heat. Cleanliness should be improved.
