Poor service, rooms don't match the one in the photo. Elderly people are called up to the 4th floor without any help. Very disappointed and decided to leave the hotel even though it was paid in full.

The price is indeed cheap. but the location of the room far away on the 3rd floor. Even more frustrating check-in time must wait 1 hour. Even though in the online agent account everything is done, transfer, and book the room. But the receptionist was not even recorded. So you have to wait 1 hour for reasons waiting for confirmation from the owner. Not recommended.

I think the owner needs to pay attention to its properties such as: a non-functioning shower, using chemicals to clean black spots on the toilet and washtafel and the smell of cigarettes is very pungent and sleep is disturbed, I stay 3 days the shower is not fixed I guess oyo as an operator needs to see this for ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
