the hotel is on the edge of the main road so access is good and close to Sanur beach as well as the port so if you want to go to Nusa Penida it is right for transit

Lonely and looks less neglected. The most disturbing thing about my room was the toilet seat could not be flushed. In the information listed there is WiFi but until the hotel there is no WiFi. TV also the picture is not clear.

This hotel really has a horror room in the back and dark. the bathroom leaked. And the only room is musty air conditioner. But fortunately, it can be moved to a more normal room. The blanket is really thin and small. Even though the air conditioner is quite cold. I ordered a family room, for four of us. But the quilt can't be used by four of them. So we use bed sheets to replace blankets. But yes, because the price is cheap, you can't sue more.

When going to the inn, towels are being washed, so no towels are given, only on the last day of stay are given small towels. The rest of the hotel is quite safe.

The toilet didn't work properly until I had to go to the lobby to find a toilet. They don't even provide towels. From the beginning I called the receptionist ... But their answers did not reflect hospitality. Very very disappointing!

The hotel changed the type of room we ordered. And finally we have to urge. Because rooms are reduced by 1 from the original 3 rooms booked. Bad in-room facilities. Mirror only available in 1 uk. tiny. Other supporting facilities are also bad. WiFi is often to death too, badly wes.

front office service is not professional, there are guests coming left to wait a long time, instead mopping the floor first, the rooms booked are still not available even though they have been booked and paid in advance, room management is wrong, guests are told to wait again for the uncertainty of rooms, I am very really give up here again, just once in life

The staff is quite helpful when needed. But for facilities such as towels, toiletries, mineral water is not provided if you do not ask the hotel, for bins in the room is also not provided. For me who checked in just 12 o'clock at night would be very annoying when I had to look for his hotel staff to ask for these items ...

Very very not comfortable, the toilet floor was very dirty like never brushed. Never going back again. The bathroom lights were not bright, the room was smelly and the sheets had dirty yellow spots! I stayed at another hotel that was very nice at the same price.
