General Check-in Instructions

Please be informed that upon arrival at Gili Air harbour, you can either take a horse taxi at 150.000 Rp (10 Euros) per trip to the hotel, walk through the inside of the island or you might stroll along the sandy beach towards us which will take you around 15 minutes. Check-in time is 14:00 hrs but we will do our utmost best may you wish an earlier access to your room. Our team will be delighted to assist you with any arrangements throughout your stay such as transportation, sightseeing, spa, horse riding, snorkelling trips, restaurant reservations, etc. IMPORTANT: we advise our PinkGuests to purchase a travel insurance to cover against possible cancellation fees. It may happpen from time to time that due to weather conditions, the fast boats are not operating. The public ferry however will always operate but is much slower. May you wish to cancel or change your reservation with us, a travel insurance may get you a possible refund.

Minimum Age Policy

Minimum age to check-in is 16. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

This is my second stay at Pink Coco, and we chose the same comfortable room as before. The quality and variety of food at both breakfast and dinner have significantly improved. I also enjoyed the pleasant surprises by the pool. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Yuni, who assisted us in replacing our Pink Coco water bottle, chased our laundry and helped us book a highly recommended boat trip. There were some comfortable pillows floating in the pool that made relaxing enjoyable, but they made swimming a bit tricky. I suggest reducing either the number or size of the pillows. Additionally, improving road access to the hotel from both the interior of the island and the beach would make it easier to transport luggage to and from the port. Some guests were hesitant to use the horse-drawn carts because the horses appeared to be in poor condition, and the carts were too small for luggage and two people. Lastly, could the quality of the bikes be improved and their colour made less pink?

We had an awesome stay at Pink Coco! They staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and after biking around the island we can confidently say that they have the best pool on the island! They also do truly have constant surprises in the form of small treats throughout your stay. We thought it was a lovely addition to make our stay feel a little more special. Gili is a special place and pink coco makes it feel even more special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pink Coco. We stayed in one of the Cocoon villas, which was a great size for two people, also very clean and offering a big bathroom and shower area. The resort is perfectly small and a short walk from the harbour, which is nice and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle. There were many food/drink options for breakfast and it was always served with a smile. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, looking after us and the larger wedding party we were part of. The hotel is situated on the sunset side, so enjoying a drink on the beach watching the sunset is the perfect end to the day. The resort also has a spa on site, offering great treatments at reasonable prices.

Pinck Coco is a lovely hotel. i would definately recommend it. Having seen the other hotels nearby this one is definaltey better than the others, Bar restaurant has a great choice of drinks and food and breakfast is lovely. Swimming pool is great too.

This is by far THE best resort on Gili Air! Amazing, friendly staff, great facilities, clean and comfortable. The breakfast which is included in your room rate has probably the best selection we've ever experienced (and we've travelled extensively). Only minor problem is that the breakfast was often cold so if PC can sort this out, we'd rate it 5-stars!

Great spot on the beach! Staff and service were excellent! JAN and Jun were very welcoming and friendly! Jan offered service or help any time he saw me! I didn’t love the food, but it was ok, and there were many options in walking distance. I’d stay again! Very romantic 💝
