Pas chekin langsung di minta uang karena ada biaya tambahan 30k, saya bayar pas chekout ternyata biayanya naik jadi 35k. Padahal saya sudah booking dan bayar lunas di Traveloka. Di kamar tidak ada sabun mandi, odol dan gosok gigi, tv tidak bisa dinyalakan. Sower tidak bisa berfungsi, handuk hanya di kasih satu, dan tidak ada guling.

The rooms are quite spacious, quite clean. But there are no hotel slippers, only 1 towel. Not bad for an impromptu search for the nearest hotel.

Bayar melalui aplikasi lamban diterima Hotel Ramayana. 8 jam sebelumnya sudah bayar ke hotel pembayaran nya belum sampe 😅. Baru kali ini begini pake aplikasi.

Order 2 rooms, one room is only 2.5x1.5 m and the bed is single, filled for 2 people.

The Ramayana Hotel is good, even though the standard rooms are small but very clean, the staff is friendly. cheap and comfortable stay.

Check in is at 4.30pm and the room is still being prepared due to the reason the previous day was a long weekend. Getting a room at the front, close to the highway with the condition of the room that is not soundproof is really annoying, besides that I got a cramped room plus in the room there is a hotel power panel. How annoying and unpleasant.

Forced to checkout at 5 am because of lots of mites. The hands, feet, and body have become bumpy. The wait was big 😭

gak tau sudah ke berapa kali menginap disini karena sudah terlalu nyaman kayak hotel sendiri 😂 ,, kalau ke Garut pasti kesini trs, sudah akrab sama staff2 nya baik2 banget 👍
